Claims (13)
1. Formningssystem (400, 500, 600, 700) til fremstilling af en rotorvinge (100) på en vindmølle, hvilket system omfatter: mindst en udvendig form (423), som har et udvendigt formlegeme (427, 431) med en formningsflade (429, 433), som er komplementær til et beregnet udvendigt fladeafsnit (101, 103) af rotorvingen; et udvendigt varmeomfordelingssystem (435, 437, 661) i det udvendige formlegeme (427, 431) til omfordeling af varme fra et spar cap-område (113, 115) af vingen mod en forkant (105) og/eller en bagkant (107) af vingen (100), hvor det udvendige varmeomfordelingssystem omfatter: et udvendigt kanalsystem (439,441,443), som er anbragt i formlegemet græn-sende op til formningsfladen; et kølefluidindløb (447) til indføring af kølefluid (445) i det udvendige kanalsystem; og et kølefluidudløb (448) til udledning af kølefluiden, som har udvekslet varmeenergi med et afsnit af formningslegemet, hvor det udvendige kanalsystem omfatter: en første kanalsektion (439), der forløber i det væsentlige i en længderetning (428) af formen, hvor kølefluidindløbet (445) muliggør indføring af kølefluiden i det udvendige kanalsystem via den første kanalsektion (439), hvor den første kanalsektion (439) er anbragt grænsende op til dér, hvor spar cap-området (113, 115) af vingen (100) er anbragt under fremstillingen af vingen.
2. Formningssystem ifølge det foregående krav, hvor kølefluidindløbet (445) er anbragt på en langsgående side af formen, hvor roden af vingen (100) skal formes.
3. Formningssystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor kølefluidudløbet (448) er anbragt på en anden langsgående side af den udvendige form, hvor spidsen af vingen (100) skal formes.
4. Formningssystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor det udvendige kanalsystem endvidere omfatter: flere anden kanalsektioner (441), der forgrener sig fra den første kanalsektion (439) i to forskellige, især modstående retninger, mod forkanten og bagkanten af vingen, hvor kølefluiden (445) føres ind i de anden kanalsektioner via den første kanalsektion.
5. Formningssystem ifølge det foregående krav, hvor det udvendige kanalsystem endvidere omfatter: en tredje kanalsektion (443) og især en yderligere tredje kanalsektion (444), hvor den tredje kanalsektion forløber i det væsentlige i længderetningen (428), hvor kølefluiden føres ind i de tredje kanalsektioner via den anden kanalsektion.
6. Formningssystem ifølge det foregående krav, hvor kølefluiden (445) forlader det udvendige kanalsystem via den tredje kanalsektion (443, 444).
7. Formningssystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor det udvendige var-meomfordelingssystem omfatter: flere varmeledende aflange elementer (661), især omfattende metal, som har et afsnit (663), der er anbragt grænsende op til dér, hvor vingens spar cap (613, 615) skal anbringes, og et andet afsnit (665) i afstand derfra mod foreller bagkanten, hvorfra vingens spar cap skal anbringes.
8. Formningssystem ifølge det foregående krav, hvor de varmeledende aflange elementer har deres længderetning i det væsentlige orienteret vinkelret på en længderetning (628) af formen.
9. Formningssystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende: mindst en indvendig form (551), som har et indvendigt formlegeme (552) med en deformerbar/fleksibel formningsflade til at komme i kontakt med et indvendigt fladeafsnit af rotorvingen; et indvendigt varmeomfordelingssystem (549) i det indvendige formlegeme (552) til omfordeling af varme fra et rodområde af vingen til et spidsområde af vingen.
10. Formningssystem ifølge det foregående krav, hvor det indvendige varmeomfordelingssystem er tilpasset som mindst et indvendigt kanalsystem (553), hvert omfattende: en fleksibel pose, som har indvendige kanaler (555), der skal placeres græn-sende op til en web-struktur (517) af vingen, hvilken web-struktur inde i vingen, der skal fremstilles, forbinder en vindsideflade-spar cap (513) med en læside-flade-spar cap (515) af vingen, hvor de indvendige kanaler er tilpasset til at gøre det muligt for en kølefluid at strømme igennem, hvor de indvendige kanaler løber i det væsentlige i en længderetning (527) af formen.
11. Formningssystem ifølge det foregående krav, hvor det indvendige kanalsystem endvidere omfatter mindst et tilbagestrømningsrør (557), der forløber i en længderetning i det indvendige formlegeme til føring af kølefluiden fra spidsområdet til rodområdet.
12. Formningssystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende: en pumpe (667), som er tilpasset og forbundet til at pumpe fluiden på en sådan måde, at den føres ind i og/eller forlader det udvendige kanalsystem og/eller det indvendige kanalsystem; en fluidtank (669) til optagelse af fluid, som har forladt det udvendige kanalsystem og/eller det indvendige kanalsystem; en varmepumpe (671), som er tilpasset til at øge en temperatur af den fluid, der hentes fra fluidtanken og er forbundet på en sådan måde, at fluiden, der har øget temperatur, kan føres via fluidindløbet ind i det udvendige kanalsystem og/eller det indvendige kanalsystem.
13. Formningssystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor det udvendige varmeomfordelingssystem og/eller det indvendige varmeomfordelingssystem er tilpasset til at bibeholde en temperatur af spar cap-området mellem 80 °C og 130 °C, især mellem 80 °C og 100 °C.
