Claims (10)

1. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 med formlen: PP-F11: X-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-Ala-Tyr-Gly-Trp-Y-Asp-Phe-NH2, hvor Y står for en aminosyre, der erstatter methionin, og X står for en kemisk gruppe bundet til peptidet med henblik på diagnostisk og/eller terapeutisk intervention ved CCK-2-receptor-relevante sygdomme.
2. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 ifølge krav 1, hvor methionin er erstattet af norleucin for at tilvejebringe mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11N.
3. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor X står for et radionu-klid omfattende en chelator til radiometaller.
4. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 ifølge krav 3, hvor chelatoren til radiometaller er DOTA.
5. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 ifølge krav 3, hvor radionuklidet er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af 177Lu, 90Y og 111 In.
6. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 ifølge krav 2, hvor PP-F11N yderligere er defineret som: DOTA-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-Ala-Tyr-Gly-Trp-Nle-Asp-Phe-NH2.
7. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 ifølge krav 6, hvor DOTA-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-DGIu-Ala-Tyr-Gly-Trp-Nle-Asp-Phe-NH2 er mærket med 177Lu.
8. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor X står for en optisk aktiv kemisk forbindelse.
9. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor X står for en kemoterapeutisk aktiv forbindelse.
10. Mini-gastrin-analog PP-F11 ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor X står for en na-nopartikel eller et liposom, som har en diagnostisk funktion (fx optisk aktiv eller MRI-kontrastmiddel), eller som har en terapeutisk funktion i sig selv eller er ladet med en aktiv forbindelse.
