Claims (6)
1. Roterende packed bed (RPB) enhed (102), omfattende en rotorbeholder (116), omfattende en rotor (108), hvor rotoren (108) omfatter: en første plade (112); en anden plade (112); en flerhed af sæt (110) af ringe, der er koncentrisk anbragt mellem den første plade (112) og den anden plade (112), hvor hvert sæt (110) af ringe omfatter en flerhed af cylindrisk anordnede ringe, hvor hver ring omfatter en flerhed af pakningselementer; mindst en metallisk ring anbragt mellem flerheden af sæt (110) af ringe; og en gasindløbsdyse (502) koblet til en gasanslagsplade (504) til at påvirke indstrømning af gas i rotorbeholderen (116), idet gasanslagspladen omfatter en flerhed af huller (506) placeret ved en udgang på gasindløbsdysen til fordeling af gas i rotorbeholderen (116); og en væskeindløbs- og gasudløbsrøranordning (130) koblet til rotoren (108), hvor væskeindløbs- og gasudløbsrøranordningen (130) omfatter: et gasudløbsrør (400) til at påvirke udstødning af gas fra rotoren (108); og et væskeindløbsrør (402), der huser gasudløbsrøret (400) for at danne et område til at påvirke indstrømning af væske i rotoren (108); og en aksel (106) koblet til en af rotorens (108) første plade (112) og anden plade (112) til at dreje rotoren (108), hvor en yderflade på akslen (106) omfatter en flerhed af sekventielle trin, der indsnævres langs yderfladens længde.
2. RPB-enhed (102) ifølge krav 1, hvor RPB-enheden (102) endvidere omfatter et lejehus (122) monteret på akslen (106) for at modvirke mindst en af en radial belastning og en aksial belastning påvirket af rotoren (108), hvor lejehuset (122) omfatter: et eller flere kuglelejer (124) til at holde rotoren (108) i en forudbestemt position; og en eller flere tætninger (128) koblet til rotorbeholderen (116) og akslen (106) for at hindre luft- og gaslækage fra rotorbeholderen (116).
3. RPB-enhed (102) ifølge krav 2, hvor lejehuset (122) endvidere omfatter en cirkulationsmekanisme til smøremiddel og kølevand.
4. RPB-enhed (102) ifølge krav 1, hvor væskeindløbsrøret (402) er forsynet med et eller flere væskefordelingsrør (404), hvor hvert af væskefordelingsrørene (404) omfatter en eller flere dyser (406) til at fordele væske.
5. RPB-enhed ifølge krav 1, hvor en motor (104) er koblet til akslen (106) til at dreje akslen (106).
6. RPB-enhed (102) ifølge krav 1, hvor rotoren (108) endvidere omfatter et fastgørelsesmiddel til at fastgøre den første plade (112), den anden plade (112), flerheden af sæt (110) af ringe og den mindst ene metalliske ring.
