Claims (10)
1. Anlæg (10) til katalytisk denitrifikation af røggasser, omfattende: - en denitrifikationsreaktor (12), som indeholder en struktureret katalysator (14), hvorigennem der strømmer de røggasser (1), der skal behandles, for at denitrificeres, - en omledningskanal (16): - som er forsynet med mindst ét spjæld (24, 26), - som er monteret ved denitrifikationsreaktoren, og således forbundet dermed, opstrøms for katalysatoren (14), gennem en indgangsåbning (20), - hvorigennem de røggasser, der skal behandles, passerer uden om denitrifikationsreaktoren uden at strømme gennem katalysatoren, når spjældet eller spjældene er åben/åbne, og - midler (30) til rensning af katalysatoren, som er indrettede til at lede en fluid (2) ind i reaktoren for at frigøre støvpartikler (P) fra den frie opstrømsflade (14A) af katalysatoren, kendetegnet ved, at rensningsmidlerne (30) er indrettede til at lede fluiden (2), både tangentielt ved den frie opstrømsflade (14A) af katalysatoren, for at fjerne støvpartiklerne (P) derfra, og til indgangsåbningen (20) af omledningskanalen (16) for at udlede støvpartiklerne gennem denne omledningskanal sammen med mindst en del af de røggasser (1), der skal behandles.
2. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den frie opstrømsflade (14A) af katalysatoren og indgangsåbningen (20) af omledningskanalen (16) befinder sig over for hinanden i en retning, der er tangentiel til denne flade.
3. Anlæg ifølge et af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at rensningsmidlerne omfatter mindst én dyse (30) til blæsning af fluiden (2), som forsynes med fluiden under tryk.
4. Anlæg ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at dysen eller hver dyse (30) er gjort flad for at blæse fluiden (2) i form af bølgeformet vifte.
5. Anlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at spjældet eller et af spjældene (24) er indrettet i indgangsåbningen (20) af omledningskanalen (16) til at kanalisere de røggasser (1), der skal behandles, ind i katalysatoren (14), når spjældet er lukket.
6. Anlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at katalysatoren (14) er indrettet i denitrifikationsreaktoren (12) i ét eller flere niveauer (14.1, 14.2), som vinkelret på gennemstrømningsretningen af de røggasser (1), som skal behandles i katalysatoren, har et i det væsentlige rektangulært afsnit, og ved, at omledningskanalen (16) er udført i form af et hylster (18), som vinkelret på gennemstrømningsretningen af de røggasser, som skal behandles i omledningskanalen, har et i det væsentlige rektangulært tværsnit, og som er monteret ved en af siderne af denitrifikationsreaktoren.
7. Fremgangsmåde til katalytisk denitrifikation af røggasser, hvor fremgangsmåden indeholder en denitrifikationsfase, hvor de røggasser (1), der skal behandles, strømmer helt igennem en struktureret katalysator (14) af en denitrifikationsreaktor (12), kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden skiftevis med denitrifikationsfasen omfatter en fase med rensning af katalysatoren (14), hvor: - mindst en del af de røggasser (1), der skal behandles, passerer uden om denitrifikationsreaktoren (12) uden at strømme gennem katalysatoren (14), via en omledningskanal (16), som er monteret ved denitrifikationsreaktoren, og således forbundet dermed, opstrøms for katalysatoren, gennem en indgangsåbning (20), og - en fluid (2) ledes både tangentielt ved den frie opstrømsflade (14A) af katalysatoren (14), for at fjerne støvpartiklerne (P) derfra, og til indgangsåbningen (20) af omledningskanalen (16) for at udlede støvpartiklerne gennem denne omledningskanal sammen med mindst en del af røggasserne.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at rensningsfasen varer mellem 20 sekunder og 2 minutter.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 7 eller 8, kendetegnet ved, at rensningsfasen gentages ved en frekvens, som ligger mellem en gang i timen og en gang om dagen.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden udføres med et anlæg (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6.
