Claims (7)
1. C02-vandvarmer (10) omfattende: en CO2-cirkulationsvej (14) konfigureret til at tillade CO2 at cirkulere deri og som har to CO2-forgreningspassager (14b, 14c); en kompressor (16), en gaskøler (18) og en ekspansionsventil (20), hver af hvilke er tilvejebragt på CO2-cirkulationsvejen (14); en CO2-reservoirbeholder (32) til lagring af CO2 mindst i en varm-gastilstand og en første strømningsregulerende ventil (34, 35); en luft-varmekilde-varmeveksler (22a, 22b) tilvejebragt på en (14b) af CO2-forgreningspassagerne (14b, 14c); en vand-varmekilde-varmeveksler (24) tilvejebragt på den anden (14c) af CO2-forgreningspassagerne (14b, 14c); en strømningsvej-omskiftermekanisme (48, 50) konfigureret til at ændre en CO2-strømningsvej til den ene (14b) eller den anden (14c) af CO2-forgreningspassagerne (14b, 14c); og en luftstrømsdannende del (46) til dannelse af en luftstrøm (a), som skal indføres i luft-varmekilde-varmeveksleren (22a, 22b), kendetegnet ved yderligere at omfatte en omføringspassage (30) forbundet til CO2-cirkulationsvejen (14) og tilvejebragt til således at føre udenom ekspansionsventilen (20), hvor CO2-reservoirbeholderen (32) og den første strømningsregulerende ventil (34, 35) er tilvejebragt på omføringspassagen (30), hvor CO2-forgreningspassagerne (14b, 14c) er forgrenet på en parallel måde mellem kompressoren (16) og en forbindelsesdel af omføringspassagen (30) på en nedstrømsside af ekspansionsventilen (20).
2. CO2-vandvarmeren (10) ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende en åbenbar og lukkelig afspærringsventil (52, 54) på hver af CO2-forgreningspassagerne (14b, 14c) ved et udløb af henholdsvis luft-varmekilde-varmeveksleren (22a, 22b) og vand-varmekilde-varmeveksleren (24).
3. C02-vandvarmeren (10) ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende: en første tryksensor (56) og en første temperatursensor (58), hver af hvilke er tilvejebragt på CO2-cirkulationsvejen (14) ved et indløb af kompressoren (16); en overophedningsgrad-beregningsdel (90) konfigureret til at beregne en overophedningsgrad af CO2 ud fra detekterede værdier af den første tryksensor (56) og den første temperatursensor (58); og en første kontroller konfigureret til at styre en åbningsgrad af den første strømningsregulerende ventil (34, 35) på baggrund af overophedningsgraden beregnet af overophedningsgrad-beregningsdelen (90) til at styre en overophedningsgrad af CO2, som skal indføres i kompressoren (16).
4. CO2-vandvarmeren (10) ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende: en varmekilde-vand-cirkulationsvej (60) forbundet til vand-varmekilde-varmeveksleren (24); en varmekilde-vand-pumpe (64) tilvejebragt på varmekilde-vand-cirkulationsvejen (60) og konfigureret til at forsyne varmekildevand til vand-varmekilde-varmeveksleren (24); en anden tryksensor (66) tilvejebragt på CO2-forgreningspassagen (14c) ved et indløb af vand-varmekilde-varmeveksleren (24); og en anden kontroller konfigureret til at tillade varmekilde-vand-pumpen (64) at operere når en CO2-mætningstemperatur svarende til en detekteret værdi af den anden tryksensor (66) bliver 0 grader eller lavere.
5. CO2-vandvarmeren (10) ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende: en kølevand-cirkulationsvej (70) forbundet til gaskøleren (18); en varmeveksler (72), som kølevand-cirkulationsvejen (70) og en sekundær kølevand-cirkulationsvej (74) er forbundet til og hvilken er konfigureret til at veksle varme mellem et kølevand, som cirkulerer i kølevand-cirkulationsvejen (70) og et sekundært kølevand, som cirkulerer i den sekundære kølevand-cirkulationsvej (74); en anden strømningsregulerende ventil (78) tilvejebragt på den sekundære kølevand-cirkulationsvej (74); en anden temperatursensor (80) tilvejebragt på kølevand-cirkulationsvejen (70) ved et udløb af varmeveksleren (72); en tredje temperatursensor (82) tilvejebragt på den sekundære kølevandcirkulationsvej (74) ved udløbet af varmeveksleren (72); en tredje kontroller konfigureret til at styre en åbningsgrad af den anden strømningsregulerende ventil (78), på baggrund af detekterede værdier af den anden temperatursensor (80) og den tredje temperatursensor (82), således at et COP af CO2-vandvarmeren bliver en indstillingsværdi.
6. CO2-vandvarmeren (10) ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende en hjælpeblæser (84) til dannelse af en kold luftstrøm mellem komponenter af CO2-vandvarmeren (10).
7. CO2-vandvarmeren (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor CO2-reservoirbeholderen (32) er konfigureret således at en mængde af CO2 lagret deri justeres, når CO2-strømningsvejen ændres af strømningsvej-omskiftermekanismen (48, 50) for at justere en forskel i en CO2-cirkulationsmængde mellem en luftvarmekildetilstand hvor luft-varmekilde-varmeveksleren (22a, 22b) er i drift og en vandvarmekildetilstand hvor vand-varmekilde-varmeveksleren (24) er i drift.
