Claims (19)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af krydsfinerlaminat, kendetegnet ved at fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre en vandig bindemiddelsammensætning på mindst én overflade af mindst ét finerlag, hvor den vandige bindemiddelsammensætning fremstilles ved anvendelse af mindst polymeriserbart stof og tværbindingsmiddel, og hvor: - mindst 20 vægtprocent af det polymeriserbare stof stammer fra lignin; - mindst 50% af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på over 3000 Da og mindst 5% af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på under 1000 Da; og - polydispersitetsindekset af bindemiddelsammensætningen er 6 eller derover.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor 20 - 100 vægtprocent; 30 - 80 vægtprocent; eller 40 - 60 vægtprocent, af det polymeriserbare stof stammer fra lignin.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor højst 85%, og fortrinsvis højst 80%, af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på over 3000 Da.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor fortrinsvis mindst 7%, mere fortrinsvis 10 - 25%, og endnu mere fortrinsvis 13 - 18%, af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på under 1000 Da.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor mindst 15% af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på under 2000 Da, og fortrinsvis under 1500 Da.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor højst 40%, og fortrinsvis højst 30%, af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på over 30.000 Da; eller hvor højst 70 vægtprocent, og fortrinsvis højst 60 vægtprocent, af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på over 10.000 Da.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor polydispersitetsindekset af bindemiddelsammensætningen er 6 - 30, og fortrinsvis 8 - 20.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor geleringstiden af bindemiddelsammensætningen er 2 - 8 minutter, fortrinsvis 5 -7,5 minutter og mere fortrinsvis 5,5 - 7 minutter, som målt ved en temperatur på 130°C.
9. Krydsfinerlaminat omfattende mindst to finerlag limet sammen med en vandig bindemiddelsammensætning, der er fremstillet ved anvendelse af mindst polymeriserbart stof og tværbindingsmiddel, og hvor: - mindst 20 vægtprocent af det polymeriserbare stof stammer fra lignin; - mindst 50% af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på over 3000 Da og mindst 5% af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på under 1000 Da; og - polydispersitetsindekset af bindemiddelsammensætningen er 6 eller derover.
10. Krydsfinerlaminatet ifølge krav 9, hvor krydsfinerlaminatet omfatter en flerhed af finerlag med højst 55%, fortrinsvis højst 35%, og mest fortrinsvis højst 10%, at lim-linjerne deri er anbragt direkte mellem finerlag med parallel fiberretning.
11. Krydsfinerlaminatet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 - 10, hvor mindst det andet af de yderste finerlag af fineren er krydslamineret i relation til dets tilgrænsende finerlag, og fortrinsvis begge de yderste finerlag af fineren er krydslamineret i relation til deres respektive tilgrænsende finerlag.
12. Krydsfinerlaminatet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-11, hvor 20 -100 vægtprocent; 30 - 80 vægtprocent; eller 40 - 60 vægtprocent, af det polymeriserbare stof stammer fra lignin.
13. Krydsfinerlaminatet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 - 12, hvor højst 85%, and fortrinsvis højst 80%, af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på over 3000 Da.
14. Krydsfinerlaminatet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 - 13, hvor fortrinsvis mindst 7%, mere fortrinsvis 10 - 25%, og endnu mere fortrinsvis 13 -18%, af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på under 1000 Da.
15. Krydsfinerlaminatet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 - 14, hvor mindst 15% af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på under 2000 Da, og fortrinsvis under 1500 Da.
16. Krydsfinerlaminatet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 - 15, hvor højst 40%, og fortrinsvis højst 30%, af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på over 30.000 Da; eller hvor højst 70 vægtprocent, og fortrinsvis højst 60 vægtprocent, af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på under 10.000 Da.
17. Krydsfinerlaminatet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 - 16, hvor polydispersitetsindekset af bindemiddelsammensætningen er 6 - 30, og fortrinsvis 8 - 20.
18. Krydsfinerlaminatet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 - 17, hvor geleringstiden af bindemiddelsammensætningen er 2 - 8 minutter, fortrinsvis 5 -7,5 minutter og mere fortrinsvis 5,5 - 7 minutter, som målt ved en temperatur på 130°C.
19. Vandig bindemiddelsammensætning, som er fremstillet ved anvendelse af mindst polymeriserbart stof og tværbindingsmiddel, kendetegnet ved at: - mindst 20 vægtprocent af det polymeriserbare stof stammer fra lignin; - mindst 50% af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på over 3000 Da og mindst 5% af molekylerne i bindemiddelsammensætningen har en molekylvægt på under 1000 Da; og - polydispersitetsindekset af bindemiddelsammensætningen er 6 eller derover.
