Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til garvning af dyrehuder, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: - at udbløde dyrehuderne i væske ved en pH-værdi mellem cirka 7 til cirka 10, - at fjerne hårene fra dyrehuderne i væske ved en pH-værdi på op til 13, - at afvande de drivvåde dyrehuder med 5 til 40 % efter vægt, - at behandle de fugtige dyrehuder i en trykbeholder ved et tryk på 5 til 60 bar i et trykbehandlingstidsrum på 60 til 360 minutter, hvor trykket opbygges ved tilførsel af kuldioxid, - at indbringe en garveopløsning i trykbeholderen, hvor massen af garveopløsningen fortrinsvis i det mindste i det væsentlige modsvarer den masse, der er blevet afvandet fra de drivvåde dyrehuder i afvandingstrinnet, - at i det mindste i det væsentlige kontinuerligt sænke trykket i trykbeholderen til omgivelsernes tryk over et trykafspændingstidsrum på 15 til 90 minutter.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at indbringningen af garveopløsningen i trykbeholderen sker før den kuldioxidtilførselsbevirkede trykopbygning.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at indbringningen af garveopløsningen i trykbeholderen sker i trykbehandlingstidsrummet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene ltil 3, kendetegnet ved, at behandlingen af de fugtige dyrehuder sker i trykbeholderen ved et tryk på 15 til 50 bar, fortrinsvis 15 til 40 bar og særligt foretrukket 15 til 30 bar.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at trykbehandlingstiden andrager 100 til 300 minutter, fortrinsvis 120 til 250 minutter og særligt foretrukket 160 til 220 minutter.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at andelen af trykbehandlingstidsrummet, som benyttes til forsuring, andrager 5 til 120 minutter, fortrinsvis 15 til 120 minutter og særligt foretrukket 15 til 60 minutter.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at trykafspændingstidsrummet andrager 15 til 60 minutter, fortrinsvis 15 til 45 minutter og særligt foretrukket 30 til 45 minutter.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der før afvandingstrinnet sker en konventionel afkalkning af dyrehuderne i væske ved en pH-værdi mellem cirka 6 og cirka 9,5.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at der efter afkalkningen og før afvandingstrinnet sker en konventionel bejdsning af dyrehuderne i væske.
10. Garvet læder opnået ved udførelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge et af de foregående krav.
