Claims (12)
1. Fremgangsmåde til recyklisering af lamineret glas (10), som omfatter mindst ét poly-vinylbutyral-(PVB)-lag (20) og mindst ét glaslag (30, 40), hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: opskæring (210) af det laminerede glas (10) til fremstilling af glas og restaffald (350) omfattende PVB-stykker med indlejrede glaspartikler; tilsætning (240) af restaffaldet (350) til et bassin (360) omfattende en separationsvæske (375) til fremstilling afen blanding af glaspartikler fra glaslagene (30, 40) og PVB-stykker fra det ene polyvinylbutyral-(PVB)-lag (20), idet separationsvæsken (375) omfatter vand og butyldiglycol.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der yderligere omfatter sigtning (280), vask (283) og tørring (286) af PVB-stykkerne fra blandingen.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, der yderligere omfatter behandling (293) af vaskevandet for at muliggøre genbrug af vaskevandet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, der yderligere omfatter filtrering (281) af separationsvæsken (375).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor koncentrationen af butyldiglycol i separationsvæsken er mellem 20 og 25%.
6. Apparat til recyklisering af laminater (10), som omfatter mindst ét polyvinylbutyral-(PVB)-lag (20) og mindst ét glaslag (30, 40), hvor apparatet omfatter: et bassin (360) med en separationsvæske (375), hvor separationsvæsken (375) omfatter vand og butyldiglycol; en indretning til at tilsætte i det mindste dele af laminaterne (10) til bassinet (360); og en sigtningsindretning (393) til sigtning af PVB-stykker af det mindst ene poly-vinylbutyral-(PVB)-lag (20) fra separationsvæsken (375).
7. Apparat ifølge krav 6, der yderligere omfatter en opskæringsindretning (310) til opskæring af det laminerede glas (10) og fjernelse af en væsentlig del af glaspartiklerne forud for tilsætning af PVB-stykkerne med de resterende glaspartikler til bassinet (360).
8. Apparat ifølge krav 6 eller 7, der yderligere omfatter en ekstruder (399) til ekstrude-ring (290) af PVB-stykkerne.
9. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 8, der yderligere omfatter mindst én af en vaskeindretning (395) eller tørreindretning (396) til behandling af PVB-stykkerne.
10. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 9, der yderligere omfatter en filtreringsindretning (394) til filtrering af separationsvæsken (375).
11. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 10, der yderligere omfatter en behandlingsindretning (397) til behandling af vaskevandet.
12. Kombination afen separationsvæske (375) og et laminat (10), som omfatter mindst ét polyvinylbutyral-(PVB)-lag (20) og mindst ét glaslag (30, 40), idet separationsvæsken (375) omfatter en blanding afvand og butyldiglycol.
