Claims (11)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at forudsige udfaldet af en kræft hos en patient omfattende et trin bestående af at bestemme ekspressionsniveauet af en genklynge i en prøve opnået fra nævnte patient, hvor nævnte genklynge omfatter mindst 5 gener valgt fra gruppen bestående af GZMH, IFNG, CXCL13, GNLY, LAG3, ITGAE, CCL5, CXCL9, PF4, IL17A, TSLP, REN, IHH, PROM1 og VEGFA.
2. Fremgangsmåden til at forudsige udfaldet afen kræft hos en patient ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte genklynge omfatter 6 gener valgt fra gruppen bestående af GZMH, IFNG, CXCL13, GNLY, LAG3, ITGAE, CCL5, CXCL9, PF4, IL17A, TSLP, REN, IHH, PROM1 og VEGFA.
3. Fremgangsmåden til at forudsige udfaldet afen kræft hos en patient ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte genklynge omfatter 7 gener valgt fra gruppen bestående af GZMH, IFNG, CXCL13, GNLY, LAG3, ITGAE, CCL5, CXCL9, PF4, IL17A, TSLP, REN, IHH, PROM1 og VEGFA.
