Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af kunstigt brudt sand eller knust sand via varmebehandling under anvendelse af ørkensand i form af fint sand og/eller rundt sand som udgangsmaterialet (1), hvor udgangsmaterialet (1) opvarmes A) gennem samling af solstråler, og/eller B) gennem anvendelsen afen konventionel smelteindretning, der får sin energiforsyning fra omdannet eller lagret solenergi, til en smeltetemperatur, hvorved en flerhed af sandkorn hver smeltes sammen til at danne et tredimensionelt mellemprodukt (2), hvor det resulterende mellemprodukt (2) afkøles, og til sidst formales til en partikelstørrelse på under 2 mm, hvor der fremstilles et slutprodukt (3), der er forskelligt fra udgangsmaterialet (1) med hensyn til form og overfladeruhed.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor udgangsmaterialet (1) opvarmes op til eller over grænserne for dannelse af nye korn og/eller hvor udgangsmaterialet (1) først opvarmes C) gennem samlingen af solstråler og/eller D) gennem anvendelsen af en konventionel varmeindretning, der får sin energiforsyning fra omdannet eller lagret solenergi, til en forvarmningstemperatur, hvor forvarmningstemperaturen ligger under smeltetemperaturen, og opvarmningen til forvarmningstemperaturen udføres lokalt og adskilt fra opvarmningen til smeltetemperaturen, og/eller hvor urenheder først fjernes fra udgangsmaterialet (1) inden varmebehandlingen via en passende sigte (7), og/eller hvorved udgangsmaterialets (1) kornstørrelsesområde begrænses til videreforarbejdningen.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor mellemproduktet (2) afkøles, indtil det har en skrøbelig tilstand i formalingsprocessen.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor smeltetemperaturen i variant A opnås gennem samlingen af solstråler ved hjælp af mindst en samlelinse (5) og/eller mindst et spejl, der er udformet som et parabolspejl (21), og/eller en anordning (22) af mindst to spejle med forskellige hældningsvinkler (23) til koncentrering af sollyset på et fælles fokus eller aktivt område.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor effektiviteten af den mindst ene samlelinse (5) og/eller det mindst ene spejl til at koncentrere sollyset forbedres gennem anvendelsen af reflekterende spejle (19), der er indstillet efter solens position og leder sollyset mod samlelinsen (5) eller det mindst ene spejl til koncentrering.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor smeltetemperaturen i variant B opnås gennem anvendelsen afen tunnelovn (15), og/eller en laser der får sin energiforsyning fra solfangere (17).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor udgangsmaterialet (1) aflejres på et underlag og smeltes til at danne mellemproduktet (2), hvor underlaget især er et transportbånd (8) eller en digel.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor underlaget især er et transportbånd (8), og mellemproduktet (2) på transportbåndet (8) forsynes direkte til formalingsprocessen til fremstillingen af slutproduktet (3), og/eller hvor udgangsmaterialet (1) anbringes på transportbåndet (8) som et tyndt lag med ensartet lagtykkelse, ved hjælp af hvilket det føres mindst direkte til stedet for varmebehandlingen eller gennem denne, hvor virkningstiden af varmeenergien styres via hastigheden af transportbåndet (8).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor en bearbejdningsflade af transportbåndet (8), på hvilket udgangsmaterialet (1) anbringes og transporteres, omfatter et materiale eller en coating med en smeltestyrke på mindst 2000°C, der endvidere garanterer en let løsgørelse af det varmebehandlede udgangsmateriale (1).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor der som det tredimensionelle mellemprodukt (2) fremstilles et fladt mellemprodukt (2), ved at enten a) fokusset (10) af en linse (5) fokuseres på et bearbejdningsområde af transportbåndet (8), hvorpå udgangsmaterialet (1) anbringes, og udgangsmaterialet (1) bringes til at smelte på denne måde gennem introduktionen af solenergi, således at en flerhed af sandkorn hver smeltes sammen termisk til at danne det flade mellemprodukt (2), og/eller b) udgangsmaterialet (1) bringes til at smelte via en laser, der får sin energiforsyning fra omdannet og/eller lagret solenergi,
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor mellemproduktet (2) afkøles til under 500°C og til sidst formales i et eller flere trin i en formalingsproces til en kornstørrelse på mellem 0,0125 og 2,0 mm, hvor slutproduktet (3) fremstilles.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 11, hvor udgangsmaterialet (1) kun smeltes i et øverste område, således at et underste område udgør et isoleringslag (11) mellem mellemproduktet (2) og underlaget.
13. Kunstigt brudt eller knust sand opnået via en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12.
14. Indretning til fremstilling af kunstigt brudt eller knust sand via varmebehandling under anvendelse af ørkensand i form af fint sand og/eller rundt sand som udgangsmaterialet (1), med - en smelteindretning til opvarmning af udgangsmaterialet til smeltetemperatur, hvor smelteindretningen omfatter en indretning til samling af solstråler eller en tunnelovn (15) og/eller en laser, der får deres energiforsyning fra solfangere (17), - med en kølesektion anbragt nedstrøms fra smelteindretningen - med en formalingsmaskine (4) anbragt nedstrøms fra kølesektionen.
15. Indretning ifølge krav 14, hvor kølesektionen omfatter en aktiv køleindretning, og/eller som er udformet som et køretøj, og/eller som er indrettet til at udføre en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12.
