Claims (11)
1. Væskebeholder (1) som omfatter: - en første tank (2) til opbevaring af en varm eller en kold væske (F); og - mindst én første rørformet varmeveksler (4), der er installeret i den første tank (2), hvor den første rørformede varmeveksler (4) er viklet i en spiralform [z] med flere viklinger [z], dvs. især omkring tankens lodrette akse, hvilket er kendetegnet ved, at den første rørformede varmeveksler (4) har en langstrakt tværsnitsprofil, dvs. en oval elle elliptisk tværsnitsprofil, hvor den langstrakte tværsnitsprofils længdeakse (L) på den første rørformede varmeveksler (4) er placeret med en hældningsvinkel (W) på mellem 1° og 359°, dvs. en hældningsvinkel mellem +/-30° og +/-60° i forhold til det vandrette plan (H), den langstrakte tværsnitprofils længdeakse (L) på den første rørformede varmeveksler (4) er rettet hen mod eller væk fra midten af tanken (2), hvor den langstrakte tværsnitsprofils længdeakse (L) på den første rørformede varmeveksler (4) er placeret således, at en væskestrøm af stigende væske målrettet ledes ind i midten af tanken (2), dvs. til et første og/eller andet ind-/udløb (2a, 2b) på tanken (2), og således at en væskestrøm af faldende væske målrettet ledes væk fra midten af tanken (2), dvs. til et første og/eller andet ind-/udløb (2a, 2b) på tanken (2).
2. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til patentkrav 1, hvor mindst en anden og/eller en tredje rørformet varmeveksler (5, 6) er installeret i den første tank (2), og som har en langstrakt tværsnitsprofil, dvs. en oval eller elliptisk tværsnitsprofil, hvor den langstrakte tværsnitsprofils længdeakse (L) på mindst en anden og/eller en tredje varmeveksler (5, 6) er placeret med en hældningsvinkel (W) på mellem 1° og 359°, dvs. en hældningsvinkel mellem +/-30° og +/-60° i forhold til det vandrette plan (H).
3. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til patentkrav 2, hvor mindst den anden og/eller tredje rørformede varmeveksler (5, 6) er viklet i en spiralform med flere viklinger, dvs. især omkring tankens lodrette akse.
4. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til patentkrav 1 til 3, hvor mindst én rørformet varmeveksler (4, 5, 6) med langstrakt tværsnitsprofil er installeret koaksialt inden i en anden varmeveksler, der er installeret væskebeholderen, og/eller installeret rundt om en anden varmeveksler, der er installeret i væskebeholderen.
5. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til et af patentkravene 1 til 4, hvor hældningsvinklen (W) på mindst en af disse varmevekslere er placeret således, at en stigende eller faldende strøm (S, S') af væsken (F) i tanken er rettet hen mod mindst én anden varmeveksler (4, 5, 6), der er installeret i væskebeholderen.
6. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til et af patentkravene 1 til 5, hvor hældningsvinklen (W) langs mindst én af de rørformede varmevekslere (4, 5, 6) med langstrakt tværsnitsprofil grundlæggende er konstant.
7. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til et af patentkravene 1 til 6, som omfatter: - en isolering (3), som omfatter: - et første isoleringslag (30), der er fastgjort, dvs. limet fast, på ydersiden af tanken (2); - et andet isoleringslag (40), som er fastgjort, dvs. limet fast, på et tredje isoleringslag (50), der består af en vakuumisolering, hvor det andet isoleringslag (40) er rettet hen mod det første isoleringslag (30), og det andet isoleringslag (40) og det tredje isoleringslag (50) som minimum omgiver tanken (2) delvist.
8. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til patentkrav 7, hvor et fjerde isoleringslag (60) og en kappe (7), dvs. en PVC- eller metalkappe, som minimum omgiver det første, det anden og det tredje isoleringslag (30, 40, 50) delvist.
9. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til et af patentkravene 7 til 8, hvor det fjerde isoleringslag (60) er en isolering af hård skum, dvs. en sprøjtestøbt polyuretan-skumisolering, og/eller hvor minimum det andet, det tredje og det fjerde isoleringslag (40, 50, 60) og kappen (7) på tankens sider er placeret særskilt i forhold til det andet, tredje, fjerde isoleringslag (9, 10. 11, 13, 14, 15), og/eller hvor der er placeret en kappe i toppen og/eller bunden af tanken (2).
10. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til et af patentkravene 7 til 9, hvor det andet isoleringslag (40), det tredje isoleringslag (50), det fjerde isoleringslag (60) og kappen (7) som minimum og især på tankens sider (2) kan tages af det første isoleringslag (30) uden beskadigelser.
11. Væskebeholder (1) i henhold til et af patentkravene 7 til 10, som omfatter mindst én [z] yderligere [z] rørformet varmeveksler (4) med en langstrakt tværsnitsprofil, dvs. en oval eller elliptisk tværsnitsprofil, eller en rund profil.
