Claims (16)
1. Trykstyringsanordning (1) til opretholdelse af et konstant forudbestemt tryk i en fluidbeholder (50, 60), der er indrettet til afgivelse af et fluid, der er indeholdt i beholderen, fra fluidbeholderen ved trykket, hvilken trykstyringsanordning (1) omfatter en cylinder (40) med en åben ende og en lukket ende, og en prop (8), der kan bevæges inde i cylinderen (40) for at definere et første kammer (4), et andet kammer (3), der omgiver cylinderen (40) af det første kammer (4), hvor det andet kammer (3) kan fyldes med en gas, der i anvendelse har et højere tryk end trykket i beholderen (50, 60), mindst én fluidforbindelse (9) mellem det andet kammer (3) og beholderen (50, 60), og et lukkeelement (7), der kan bevæges i forhold til cylinderen (40), til at frigøre og lukke fluidforbindelsen (9) mellem det andet kammer (3) og fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60) afhængigt af lukkeelementets (7) position i forhold til det første kammer (4), hvor lukkeelementets (7) position i forhold til det andet kammer (3) mindst afhænger af det fremherskende tryk i fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60) og det fremherskende tryk i det første kammer (4), mens, i anvendelse, fluidforbindelsen (9) frigøres, når trykket i fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60) falder under det forudbestemte tryk, således at gas strømmer fra det andet kammer (3) til fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60) og trykket i fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60) stiger, indtil fluidforbindelsen (9) lukkes af lukkeelementet (7) som et resultat af det øgede tryk i fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60), kendetegnet ved, at fluidforbindelsen (9) er en åbning i væggen af det andet kammer (3), der vender ind mod fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60), og fluidforbindelsen (9) er forsynet med et perifert fremspring (6, 16, 26), der strækker sig fra den ydre side af væggen (17) mod fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60); og som fortrinsvis strækker sig i en højde H på 0,1-2,0 mm.
2. Trykstyringsanordning (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor proppen (8) omfatter en krave (15), der er forsynet med et elastomermateriale til aktivering af det perifere fremspring (6, 16, 26).
3. Trykstyringsanordning (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det perifere fremspring (6) er dannet af en hul nål (26), der er indført i fluidforbindelsen (9) eller dannet af en knop (16) med en åbning i forbindelse med fluidforbindelsen (9).
4. Trykstyringsanordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor væggen (17) af det første kammer, der vender ind mod fluidbeholderen, er forsynet med et knivformet fremspring (13), der er placeret koncentrisk omkring det første kammers (4) beholder og placeret mellem beholdervæggen og fluidforbindelsen (9) og fremspringet har samme højde som fluidforbindelsens (9) ringformede fremspring (6).
5. Trykstyringsanordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor det første kammer (4) har en diameter på 15,0-30,0 mm og/eller proppen (8) fra det første kammer (4) har en højde (h) på 5,0-15,0 mm.
6. Trykstyringsanordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor proppen (8) omfatter en hals (34) og krave (15), hvor bunddelen (35) af halsen er forsynet med et tættende materiale (5), fortrinsvis en O-ring eller X-ring.
7. Trykstyringsanordning (1) ifølge krav 6, hvor halsen (34) er forsynet med to eller flere fremspring (10, 10'), fortrinsvis ligeligt fordelt over periferien af halsen (34), og beholderen er forsynet med modtagelsesmidler (11) til de to eller flere fremspring (10, 10'), således at proppen (8) kan bevæge sig mellem en første position (I), hvor lukkeelementet (7) lukker for fluidforbindelsen (9), og en anden position (II), hvor lukkeelementet (7) åbner fluidforbindelsen (9).
8. Trykstyringsanordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor det første (4) og andet kammer (3) er af plast, fortrinsvis polyethylenterephthalat (PET) eller polyethylenfuranoat (PEF).
9. Trykstyringssystem (100), der omfatter en fluidafgivelsesbeholder (50, 60) og en trykstyringsanordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8.
10. Trykstyringssystem (100) ifølge krav 9, hvor fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50) har en afgivelsesåbning med en afgivelsesventil (51), og et bevægeligt stempel (52) er tilvejebragt i beholderen mellem trykstyringsanordningen (1) og afgivelsesåbningen, hvilket bevægeligt stempel (52) separerer fluidet og gassen og kan bevæges mod afgivelsesåbningen ved hjælp af det overtryk, der er fremherskende i fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50); det bevægelige stempel (52) er fortrinsvis designet som en kuppel med ringformede ribber (53, 54).
11. Trykstyringssystem (100) ifølge krav 9, hvor beholderen (60) har en afgivelsesåbning (61) med en afgivelsesventil (62), og et dykrør (68) er tilvejebragt fra indgangen til afgivelsesventilen (62) til den øvre ende af trykstyringsanordningen (1) til at afgive fluidet gennem dykrøret (68) ved hjælp af det overtryk, der er fremherskende i beholderen.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en trykstyringsanordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: dannelse, ud af et syntetisk materiale med høj stabilitet mod deformation under tryk, af det andet kammer (3) med en cylinderformet væg (40) til modtagelse af en prop (8), der er forsynet med et lukkeelement (7) for at definere et første kammer (4), forsyning af det andet kammer (3) med en fluidforbindelse (9) og en bundåbning (41), der kan lukkes med en lukning (42), indføring af proppen (8) i den cylinderformede væg (40) af det andet kammer for at definere et første kammer (4), montering af proppen (8) og lukkeelementet (7) i forhold til fluidforbindelsen (9), således at forbindelsen mellem det andet kammer (3) og det ydre kan lukkes; kendetegnet ved, at fluidforbindelsen (9) er en åbning i væggen af det andet kammer (3), der vender ind mod fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60), og fluidforbindelsen (9) er forsynet med et perifert fremspring (6, 16, 26), der strækker sig fra den ydre side af væggen (17) mod fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60); der fortrinsvis strækker sig i en højde H på 0,1-2,0 mm.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor det andet kammer (3) opnås ved sprøjtestøbning.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et trykstyringssystem (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 11, hvor en trykstyringsanordning (1) fremstillet ifølge krav 12 er placeret inde i fluidafgivelsesbeholder (50, 60); fortrinsvis dannet ud af et syntetisk materiale ved sprøjtestrækblæsestøbning, fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50) er forsynet med fluid til afgivelse, den anden beholder (3) er fyldt med trykluft og lukningen (42) til bundåbningen er monteret i bundåbningen (41) af den anden beholder (3).
15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et trykstyringssystem (100) ifølge krav 14, hvor fluidafgivelsesbeholderen (50, 60) og trykstyringsanordningen (1) er samles ved hjælp af lasersvejsning.
16. Anvendelse af et trykstyringssystem (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-11 som barbercremedispenser, luftffiskerdispenser, deodorantdispenser, spraymalingsdispenser.
