Injektionssprøjteanordning 2, der omfatter: - en injektionssprøjtecylinder 4, der omfatter et indre kammer 14 fyldt med eller tilpasset til at blive fyldt med lægemiddel, og en kanal 18 i fluidforbindelse med kammeret 14, og hvorigennem lægemiddel dispenseres; og - en ydre kappe 6 udformet til at blive aftageligt fastgjort til injektionssprøjtecylinderen 4, og som omfatter et fremspring 40, der modtages af kanalen 18, når den ydre kappe 6 er fastgjort til cylinderen 4, hvorved der frembringes en forsegling, der forhindrer lægemiddel i at strømme derigennem, hvor injektionssprøjtecylinderen 4 og den ydre kappe 6 hver omfatter indgrebsmidler 44, der er udformet til at gå i gensidigt indgreb med hinanden for således at frembringe en anden forsegling, der forhindrer lækage eller udledning af lægemidlet fra kammeret 14, når den ydre kappe 6 er fastgjort til cylinderen 4, kendetegnet ved, at indgrebsmidlet 44 er placeret på en ydre overflade af injektionssprøjtecylinderen 4, mindst stødende op til eller mod enden 12 af cylinderen 4, der er modsat den ende, hvorfra lægemiddel dispenseres.
2. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge krav 1, hvor indgrebsmidlet 44 er placeret på en indre overflade 42 af den ydre kappe 6, fortrinsvis mindst stødende op til eller mod enden 38 af den ydre kappe 6, der er modsat den ende, hvorfra lægemiddel dispenseres, og/eller hvor indgrebsmidlet 44 omfatter skruegevind.
3. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor injektionssprøjteanordningen 2 er til administration af lægemiddel oralt, bukkalt, sublingualt, rektalt, vaginalt, topisk eller transdermalt, fortrinsvis hvor injektionssprøjteanordningen 2 er en bukkal injektionssprøjteanordning, der anvendes til administration af lægemiddel til en patients mundhule.
4. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor injektionssprøjtecylinderen 4 er uforenelig med en Luer-lock eller Luer-slip og lignende, og/eller hvor injektionssprøjtecylinderen 4 ikke omfatter et ydre skruegevind mindst stødende op til eller mod enden 10 af cylinderen 4, hvorfra lægemiddel dispenseres.
5. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor enden 10 af cylinderen 4, hvorfra lægemiddel dispenseres, omfatter en væg af adskilte flanger 22, der strækker sig fra en sidevæg af cylinderen 4 og løber sammen ved dispenseringsspidsen 20 af cylinderen 4 for at definere en åbning, der fører til den kanal 18, hvorigennem lægemiddel dispenseres, hvor fortrinsvis tilstødende flanger 22 er af samme længde for således at frembringes en i alt væsentligt glat profil.
6. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor cylinderen 4 omfatter et transparent eller gennemskinneligt materiale, og/eller hvor den ydre kappe 6 er udformet til at blive aftageligt fastgjort til injektionssprøjtecylinderen for derved at omslutte mindst en del af kammeret 14, og fortrinsvis hele kammeret 14.
7. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor den ydre kappe 6 omfatter et uigennemskinneligt materiale og/eller et ravfarvet materiale.
8. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor en ydre overflade 46 af den ydre kappe 6 i alt væsentligt er glat.
9. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor en ydre overflade 46 af den ydre kappe 6 omfatter ét eller flere fremspring, der strækker sig på tværs derfra, og som er udformet til at lette fjernelse af den ydre kappe 6 fra cylinderen 4, fortrinsvis hvor en ydre overflade 46 af den ydre kappe 6 omfatter en væg af adskilte aflange forhøjninger eller fremspring 48, 50, der strækker sig langs den ydre kappes længdeakse.
10. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor mindst en del af den ydre overflade 46 af den ydre kappe 6 omfatter et blødgjort materiale 52, såsom gummi eller en egnet termoplastisk elastomer, og/eller hvor injektionssprøjteanordningen 2 er en enkeltenhedsdosisinjektionssprøjteanordning forfyldt med lægemiddel.
11. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor lægemidlet er valgt fra en gruppe af lægemidler bestående af: analgetika, antikonvulsiva, antidepressiva, vasodilatorer, steroider, opiatantagonister, anæstetika, antiadrenerge forbindelser, antiallergiske lægemidler, antianginale lægemidler, antiastmatika, antibakterielle midler, antikoagulantia, anticholinergika, antiemetika, antiepileptika, antihistaminer, antiinfektiva, antiinflammatoriske lægemidler, lægemidler mod migræne, bronkodilatorer, hjerteberoligende midler, thrombolytika, betablokkere, opioider, sedativa, benzodiazepiner og stimuleringsmidler.
12. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor lægemidlet er valgt fra en gruppe bestående af: midazolam, lorazepam, diazepam, paraldehyd, pentobarbital, morfin, carbamazepin, ethosuximid, clorazepat, clonazepam, felbamat, forphenytoin, gabapentin, lacosamid, lamotrigin, levetiracetam, oxacarbacepin, phenobarbital, phenytoin, pregabalin, primidon, tiagabin, topiramat, zonisamid, clobazam, vigabatrin, fentanyl, oxycodon, diamorphin, alprazolam, clonazepam, vasopressin, levetiracetam og NSAID’er eller et salt deraf.
13. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor injektionssprøjteanordningen 2 er en enhedsdosisinjektionssprøjteanordning forfyldt med midazolam eller et salt deraf, såsom midazolammaleat.
14. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor injektionssprøjteanordningen 2 omfatter et stempel 8 udformet til at glide i kammeret, fortrinsvis hvor stemplet 8 omfatter en stang 24 med en første og en anden ende 26, 28, hvor den første ende 26 indføres i kammeret 14, og den anden ende 28 omfatter et tommelfingeranlæg 30, og cylinderen 4 omfatter et fingeranlæg 16, der er udformet til indgreb med en hånds finger, mens tommelfingeranlægget 30 samtidigt bringes i indgreb med samme hånds tommelfinger, mere fortrinsvis hvor injektionssprøjteanordningen 2 omfatter et fremspring 34, der strækker sig på tværs, placeret på siden af stempelstangen 24, og et indsnit 54 placeret langs indersiden af kammeret 14, eller omvendt, hvor justering af fremspringet 34 og indsnittet 54 korrelerer med et defineret lægemiddelvolumen og derned en dosering.
15. Injektionssprøjteanordning 2 ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor kammeret er tilpasset til at indeholde ca. 0,1-25 ml, eller ca. 0,1-10 ml, eller ca. 0,1-5 ml, eller ca. 0,1-2 ml eller ca. 0,1-1 ml lægemiddel.
