Claims (15)

1. Polypeptid med hemicellulaseaktivitet, som omfatter aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 72 eller en aminosyresekvens, der kodes af nukleotidsekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 71, SEQ ID NO: 74, eller et variant polypeptid eller et variant polynukleotid deraf, hvor det variante polypeptid har mindst 75 % sekvensidentitet med sekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 72, eller det variante polynukleotid koder for et polypeptid, der har mindst 75 % sekvensidentitet med sekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 72.
2. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1, der har alfa-glucuronidaseaktivitet.
3. Isoleret nukleinsyresekvens, der koder for en hemicellulase, hvor nukleinsyresekvensen er valgt fra gruppen, der består af: (a) en nukleinsyresekvens, der har mindst 70 % identitet med nukleinsyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 71, SEQ ID NO: 74 eller SEQ ID NO: 75; (b) en nukleinsyresekvens, der koder for (i) aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 72, (ii) en aminosyresekvens, der har mindst 75 % identitet med aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 72, eller (iii) en aminosyresekvens, der adskiller sig i 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 eller 12 aminosyrer fra aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 72; eller (c) en nukleinsyresekvens, som er det reverse komplement til en nukleinsyresekvens som defineret i (a) eller (b).
4. Nukleinsyrekonstruktion eller vektor, der omfatter nukleinsyresekvensen ifølge krav 3.
5. Rekombinant celle, der omfatter et polypeptid ifølge krav 1 eller 2, en nukleinsyresekvens ifølge krav 3 eller en nukleinsyrekonstruktion eller vektor ifølge krav 4, hvor cellen fortrinsvis er en svampecelle, fortrinsvis en svampecelle valgt fra gruppen, der består af slægterne Acremonium, Agaricus, Aspergillus, Aureobasidium, Chrysosporium, Coprinus, Cryptococcus, Filibasidium, Fusarium, Humicola, Magnaporthe, Mucor, Myceliophthora, Neocallimastix, Neurospora, Paecilomyces, Penicillium, Piromyces, Panerochaete, Pleurotus, Schizophyllum, Talaromyces, Rasamsonia, Thermoascus, Thielavia, Tolypocladium og Trichoderma.
6. Celle ifølge krav 5, hvor et eller flere gener er deleteret, knockoutet eller ødelagt fuldstændigt eller delvist, hvor eventuelt genet koder for en protease.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et polypeptid ifølge krav 1 eller 2, der har hemicellulaseaktivitet, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter dyrkning af en celle ifølge krav 5 eller 6 under betingelser, der åbner mulighed for ekspression af polypeptidet, og eventuelt indvinding af det udtrykte polypeptid.
8. Sammensætning, der omfatter: (i) et polypeptid ifølge krav 1 eller 2 og; (ii) en cellulase og/eller en yderligere hemicellulase og/eller en pectinase.
9. Sammensætning ifølge krav 8, hvor cellulasen er en GH61, cellobiohydrolase I, cellobiohydrolase II, endo^-l,4-glucanase, β-glucosidase eller β —(1,3) (1,4)-glucanase, og/eller hvor den yderligere hemicellulase er en endoxylanase, β-xylosidase, α-L-arabinofuranosidase, a-D-glucuronidase, feruloylesterase, coumaroylesterase, α-galactosidase, β-gaiactosidase, β-mannanase eller β-mannosidase.
10. Sammensætning ifølge krav 8 eller 9, hvor sammensætningen er en rå cellemassefermenteringssuppe.
11. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af et substrat, der omfatter hemicellulose, eventuelt et plantemateriale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter etablering af kontakt mellem substratet og et polypeptid ifølge krav 1 eller 2 og/eller en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor substratet før enzymatisk behandling forbehandles med varme, mekanisk og/eller kemisk modifikation eller en hvilken som helst kombination af sådanne fremgangsmåder.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11 eller 12, hvor den enzymatiske behandling udføres ved en temperatur på 50 °C eller derover.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter fremstilling af et fermenterbart sukker ved etablering af kontakt mellem lignocellulosemateriale og et polypeptid ifølge krav 1 eller 2 og/eller en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10 og fermentering af det resulterende fermenterbare sukker til derved fremstilling af fermenteringsproduktet.
15. Anvendelse af et polypeptid ifølge krav 1 eller 2 og/eller en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10 til fremstilling af sukker fra et lignocellulosemateriale.
