Claims (12)
1. I det åbne hav flydende og gennem dæmpningsmidler med ankre forbundet bæreværk (2) til vindkraftanlæg (1), servicestationer eller konverterstationer med - en under vand anbragt første bestanddel (3) med første på en polygons hjørnepunkter anbragte, vinkelret på et plan forløbende og som bærer for en vandoverfladen gennemskærende anden bestanddel (4) tjenende opdriftslegemer (5) og andre de første opdriftslegemer (5) med hinanden forbindende, i et plan anbragte og rørformigt udformede opdriftslegemer (6), idet der i det første opdriftslegeme (5) er anbragt en mindst to andre opdriftslegemer (6) med hinanden forbindende knudekonstruktion (7) med en stjerneformigt udformet grundflade og mindst en i forbindelse med knudekonstruktionen (7) stående, u-formigt udformet og det første opdriftslegeme (5) i den vinkelret i områder delende knudeplade (8), og knudekonstruktionen (7) samtidig er bærer for et vandoverfladen gennemskærende rørformigt bæreelement (9) og dermed i forbindelse med knudepladen (8) er en kraftoptagende og -afledende knude i undervandsbæreværket (3), og - den anden bestanddel (4) med de vandoverfladen gennemskærende rørformige bæreelementer (9) på de første opdriftslegemer (5), som over bæremidler (10) er forbundet med en bærekonstruktion (11) til vindkraftanlægget (1), servicestationen eller konverterstationen, kendetegnet ved, at der er anbragt mindst en i forbindelse med knudekonstruktionen (7) stående, u-formigt udformet og det første opdriftslegeme (5) vinkelret i områder delende knudeplade (8), og at knudekonstruktionen (7) samtidig er bærer for et vandoverfladen gennemskærende rørformigt bæreelement (9) og dermed i forbindelse med knudepladen (8) er en kraftoptagende og -afledende knude i undervandsbæreværket (3).
2. Bæreværk ifølge patentkrav 1, kendetegnet ved, at knudekonstruktionen (7) består af to i indbyrdes afstand anbragte plader (12), idet de andre opdriftslegemer (6) angriber ved to linier, og hulrummene i de andre opdriftslegemer (6) dermed er forbundet med hinanden over knudekonstruktionen (7), og at pladerne (12) er forbundet med hinanden gennem lodret anbragte skiver.
3. Bæreværk ifølge patentkrav 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at pladerne (12) er forbundet med hinanden gennem lodret ud til af det første opdriftslegemes (5) rand fremspringende skiver, og/eller at pladerne (12) er forbundet med hinanden gennem ud over det første opdriftslegemes (5) rand fremspringende skiver.
4. Bæreværk ifølge patentkrav 1, kendetegnet ved, at knudekonstruktionen (7) samtidig er bærer for bæreelementet (9) eller et rørstykke (9), der optager et endeafsnit af bæreelementet (9).
5. Bæreværk ifølge patentkrav 1 og 4, kendetegnet ved, at enten bæreelements (9) endeområde eller rørstykket (9) og knudekonstruktionens (7) mellemdel befinder sig mellem benene på den u-formigt udformede knudeplade (8).
6. Bæreværk ifølge patentkrav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de første opdriftslegemer (5) er anbragte i hjørnepunkterne i en firkant som polygon, og at knudekonstruktionens (7) grundflade er et kryds, idet krydsets ben hver især danner en ret vinkel eller en vinkel, der er forskellig fra 90°, med hinanden.
7. Bæreværk ifølge mindst et af petatentkravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at der i opdriftslegemerne (5, 6) er anbragt flere ribber (13) og/eller mindst en omløbende stabiliseringsring (14).
8. Bæreværk ifølge mindst et af petatentkravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at der i et område svarende til opdriftslegemerne (5, 6) er anbragt ankre, og at dels ankrene og dels de første opdriftslegemers (5) knudekonstruktioner (7), bæreelementerne (9) eller både de første opdriftslegemers knudekonstruktioner (7) og bæreelementerne (9) er forbundet med hinanden gennem mindst et lodret orienteret og/eller skråt forløbende dæmpningsmiddel (15), og/eller at ankeret eller ankrene er forbundet med andre opdriftslegemer (6) over mindst et lodret orienteret og/eller skråt forløbende dæmpningsmiddel (15).
9. Bæreværk ifølge patentkrav 1, kendetegnet ved, at et bæreelement (9) i det mindste har en mod is brydende og afvisende kant eller en konus eller i det mindste i områder er udformet konisk.
10. Bæreværk ifølge patentkrav 1, kendetegnet ved, at bæreelementet (9) er udformet hult med henblik på en opdriftsfunktion.
11. Bæreværk ifølge patentkrav 1, kendetegnet ved, at opdriftslegemerne (5, 6) har mindst et hulrum, og at hulrummet til positionering som undervandsbæreværk (3) er et både til oversvømmelse med havvand og til fyldning med et gasformigt medium egnet hulrum i opdriftslegemerne (5, 6).
12. Bæreværk ifølge patentkrav 1, kendetegnet ved, at bærekonstruktionen (11) er en rørdel (11), der optager et endeområde af et vindkraftanlægs (1) mast, eller en platform til servicestationen eller konverterstationen.
