Claims (15)
1. Orbitalrysteindretning (1) til bioteknologisk og/eller biomedicinsk brug omfattende. - en ramme (10), - en platform (15) til at modtage bioteknologiske og/eller biomedicinske beholdere (50), - excentriske koblinger (13, 14) til at tillade en orbital bevægelse af platformen (15) i forhold til rammen (10), - modvægtsenheder (17, 18) til at udjævne den orbitale bevægelse, og - mindst én motor (19) til at drive de excentriske koblinger (13, 14), - hvor indretningen omfatter to excentriske koblinger (13, 14), der er arrangeret nær respektive kanter (27, 28) af platformen (15), kendetegnet ved, at - hver modvægtsenhed (17, 18) er arrangeret tilnærmelsesvis i platformens (15) plan, og ved at - begge excentriske koblinger (13, 14) drives af den mindst ene motor (19).
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor hver excentrisk kobling (13, 14) drives via en respektiv lodret akse (11, 12), hvor begge akser drives af en enkelt motor (19).
3. Indretning ifølge krav 2, hvor den enkelte motor (19) er forbundet til akserne (11, 12) ved hjælp af retvinklede gearkasser (21, 22) eller ved hjælp af en rem.
4. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor hver excentrisk kobling (13, 14) drives af hver sin motor (19), hvor indretningen fortrinsvis omfatter sensorer (61) til at læse hastigheden af hver motor.
5. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav ydermere omfattende en afbildningsenhed (40), der er placeret under platformen (15), hvor platformen er forsynet med åbninger (33) og/eller gennemsigtige dele, som tillader afbildning af beholderne (50), hvor afbildningsenheden (40) fortrinsvis omfatter et kamera (41) og en billedbehand-ler (42) til billedbehandling og -analyse.
6. Indretning ifølge krav 5 ydermere omfattende en styreenhed (60) til at styre hastigheden af den mindst ene motor (19), hvor styreenheden (21) er arrangeret til at reducere hastigheden af den mindst ene motor (19) som forberedelse til afbildning.
7. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav ydermere omfattende en belysningsenhed (40), der er placeret under platformen (15), hvor platformen er forsynet med åbninger (33) og/eller gennemsigtige dele, som tillader belysning af beholderne (50).
8. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som er arrangeret til en orbital bevægelse, der har en amplitude på mellem 3 og 50 mm og en rotationshastighed på mellem 150 og 1200 o/m.
9. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor modvægtsenhederne (17, 18) er monteret på de excentriske koblinger (13, 14), fortrinsvis via en akse (25, 26) til hvilken platformen (15) er roterbart koblet.
10. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor modvægtsenhederne (17, 18) er justerbare.
11. Indretning ifølge krav 10, hvor modvægtsenhederne (17, 18) er arrangeret til at tilføje og/eller fjerne modvægte.
12. Indretning ifølge krav 10 eller 11, hvor modvægtsenhederne (17, 18) omfatter modvægte (35), som har en asymmetrisk vægtfordeling i forhold til en akse (37), og som kan roteres omkring aksen (37).
13. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav ydermere omfattende én eller flere beholdere (50), som er arrangeret på platformen (15), hvor tyngdepunktet af hver modvægtsenhed (17, 18) er arrangeret tilnærmelsesvis i planet af det kombinerede tyngdepunkt af platformen (15) og beholderne (50).
14. Anvendelse af en orbitalrysteindretning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10 til 12 omfattende trinnene: - at anbringe mindst én beholder (50) på platformen (15) eller at fjerne mindst én beholder fra platformen, og - at justere modvægtsenhederne (17, 18).
15. Anvendelse ifølge krav 14 omfattende trinnet at tilføje eller fjerne modvægte (35).
