Abstract
To produce a packaging unit with a number of folding boxes intended to contain packaged articles, in particular electronic appliances, and in order to simplify production, storage, dispatch and handling by the end user, it is proposed that a folding box 21 with four wall parts 2, 3, 4, 5, a lid 9, 10 and an open base is formed from each blank 1, that a number of folding boxes 21 are placed in a row adjoining each other, and that a common covering 22 is placed on the open base and on the two supporting outer side walls 3, 5. The covering 22 is provided on the inside with perforations 26, 27, 28 for breaking off a folding bag 21, which remains closed. <IMAGE>
