Urin-tragt til bevægelseshæmmede.
Frembringelsens anvendelsesområde
Denne frembringelse angår en urin-tragt, som bevægelseshæmmede kan anvende, uanset hvilken stilling de befinder sig i. Urin-tragten kan anvendes både af kvinder og mænd, ligesom patienter med urinkateter vil kunne anvende den. Urin-tragten kan anvendes til andet end urin eller stomi-fæces, ex.vis kan et dræn eller et vaskekar tilsluttes. Urin-tragten kan være stationær, dvs. tilsluttet et fast afløb, eller den kan være mobil og forsynet med en urinpose/ spildevandstank. Urin-tragten er tænkt til hospitaler/ plejehjem, men kan også udformes til hj emmeplej ebrug.
KENDT TEKNIK
Urin-tragte til kørestolsbrugere er kendt. Tragten består kun af 2 dele : en tragt og en slange.
DET TEKNISKE PROBLEM, DER SKAL LØSES.
De eksisterende urintragte kan kun anvendes på toiletter, 2 DK 96 00118 U3 idet de kun består af en tragt og en slange. De kan ikke anvendes af f.eks. sengeliggende patienter, da der her ikke kan skabes et tilstrækkeligt naturligt fald til at sikre, at urinen løber ned i afløbet.
Sengeliggende patienter er derfor henvist til at bruge urinkolber og bækkener. For lammede/ overvægtige/ højgravide kvinder er brugen af bækken ofte problematisk.
Et andet problem er, at sengeliggende patienter har brug for en vask ved sengen. Den er dyr at installere, fordi spildevandet ligeledes skal føres bort.
DEN NYE TEKNIK
Det nye ved frembringelsen udgøres af, at urin-tragten er forsynet med en pumpe eller forbundet med en sugeanordning. Pumpen kan være selvlænsende eller manuelt betjent. Sugeanordningen kan være et eksisterende vacuumanlæg på et hospital.
Ved at kombinere urin-tragten med en (mobil) vask, bliver det økonomisk mere overkommeligt, at give sengeliggende patienter en vask ved sengen. Dette skyldes, at vasken kan bruge det samme afløb som urin-tragten.
Opfindelsen kan kombineres med flg. måleinstrumenter. Den kan forsynes med en beholder til prøveudtagning. En flowmåler kan måle mængden, et termometer kan måle temperaturen og en vægtfyldemåler kan måle vægtfylden.
En kendt metode til automatisk måling af vægtfylde bygger på måling af væskens 'resonansfrekvens. Den er dyr i anskaffelse. I stedet kan man måle vægtfylden ved en metode, der bygger på, at mængden af væske i en vandlås er konstant. En vejecelle aflæser vægten af vandlås og væske, hvorefter vægtfylden kan beregnes. Man kan også måle vægtfylden ved en metode, der bygger på princippet i en WC cisterne. Når cisternen er fuld aktiverer svømmeren en vejecelle og vægten aflæses. Metoderne er legio.
I stedet for at beregne vægtfylden, kan man måle den kemiske sammensætning. Dette kunne foretages v.hj.af spektro-fotometri.
De indsamlede data kan bearbejdes til grafiske kurver, manuelt eller v.hj. af en tilsluttet computer. Nyresvigt vil på denne måde kunne afsløres tidligere, dette gælder dog kun for patienter med urinkateter.
En (akustisk) alarm kan indbygges og automatisk gå igang ved nyresvigt, samt ved kritisk temperatur.

3 DEN TEKNISKE VIRKNING DK 96 00118U3 Ved at anvende den ovenfor nævnte teknik i forbindelse med den kendte teknik, kan sengeliggende patienter anvende en urin-tragt. FIGURFORTEGNELSE Figur 1 viser en principtegning af en urin-unit, hvor opfindelsen er kombineret med et instrument til måling af vægtfylde som er udformet som en vandlås, hvori mængden af urin er konstant. Figur 2 viser en snit gennem et udførelsesforslag til en urin-tragt. Figur 3 viser et udførelsesforslag til en urin-tragt, som kan anvendes af både kvinder og rnænd. Figur 4 viser et udførelsesforslag til en urin-unit med indbygget spildevandsbeholder, hvor opfindelsen er kombineret med en indbygget printer. Figur 5 viser udførelsesforslaget fra figur 4 monteret på et traditionelt sengebord. Figur 6 viser udførelsesforslaget fra figur 4, hvor urinunitten hænger på en fenderliste på væggen. Figur 7 viser et udførelsesforslag til en urin-unit, hvor urin-unitten er bygget sammen med en mobil vask.
