Abstract
El método de la presente invención comprende: Obtener un explante de la semillas de Jatropha curcas; Poner el explante derivado de la semilla de Jatropha curcas en un medio de cultivo; Romper las uniones intercelulares del tejido de los explantes, los que generan células individuales; Incubar por un tiempo determinado el medio de cultivo con las células individuales generadas, las cuales se multiplican; y, Extraer aceite de las células que se multiplicaron a partir de las células individuales generadas de los explantes derivados de la semilla de Jatropha curcas.
