Abstract

Se proporcionan formulaciones basadas en agua (EW) que no contienen VOC o alternativamente son bajas en VOC para pulverización aérea en zonas amplias con el fin de controlar mosquitos, moscas y otras plagas de salud pública. En la aplicación mediante ULV, se ha observado que estas formulaciones proporcionan un control significativamente superior de las plagas cuando se comparan con adulticidas competitivos. Las presentes formulaciones proporcionan una conservación excepcional de la densidad de microgotas en la nube de aerosol y del tamaño de microgotas medido mediante el diámetro medio volumétrico (VmD). Las presentes formulaciones proporcionan una bioeficacia superior medida mediante la mortalidad y la inactivación de organismos objetivo. Las presentes formulaciones proporcionan un control biológico, densidad de microgotas y tamaño de microgotas superiores cuando se aplican en concentraciones 20-80 veces inferiores a las formulaciones competitivas.
