Abstract

Предложенное техническое решение относится к области перемотки полимерной пленки из больших рулонов в меньшие по размеру, пригодные для упаковки методом обертывания различных товаров и грузов, где в рулоне пленка наматывается без шпули непосредственно на шпиндель перемоточного узла, и может применяться в ручных и машинных устройствах для обертывания. Способ снятия со шпинделя рулона из полимерной пленки, намотанного без сердечника, включает сталкивание рулона из полимерной пленки, намотанного без сердечника, со шпинделя, стенка которого выполнена перфорированной, при этом при сталкивании рулона через перфорированную стенку шпинделя под давлением подают водно-воздушную смесь, обеспечивая при этом расширение внутреннего диаметра рулона. Заявляемое техническое решение направлено на достижение технических результатов, заключающихся в уменьшении энергопотребления за счет снижения расхода сжатого воздуха при одновременном повышении скорости и сохранности рулона при его снятии со шпинделя за счет снижения трения между внутренней поверхностью рулона и поверхностью шпинделя.
