Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к полинуклеотидным молекулам, содержащим нуклеотидные последовательности, кодирующие продукт гена aveC, причем эти полинуклеотидные молекулы можно использовать для изменения соотношения или количества авермектинов классов 2:1, продуцируемых в ферментационных культурах S. avermitilis. Кроме того, настоящее изобретение относится к векторам, клеткам-хозяевам и мутантным штаммам S. avermitilis, в которых ген aveC инактивирован или мутирован таким образом, чтобы изменить соотношение или количество продуцируемых авермектинов классов 2:1.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
