Abstract

Устройство (20) для плющения сена содержит первый валец (22), установленный с возможностью вращения в фиксированной опоре, и второй (прижимной) валец (24), вращаемый в противоположном направлении, установленный в подвижной опоре (26). Прижимной валец (24) находится во вращательном контакте с первым вальцом (22) и выполнен с возможностью приема предварительно скошенного сена между ними для его плющения. Подвижная опора (26) позволяет второму вальцу (24) перемещаться относительно первого вальца (22) при прохождении сена между вальцами (22, 24), а также включает гидравлический цилиндр (32) для приложения силы прижима к прижимному вальцу (24). При прохождении предварительно скошенного сена между вальцами (22 и 24) его подвергают воздействию предварительно заданной прижимной силы, достаточной для того, чтобы, по существу, расплющить любые зеленые узлы в сене и таким образом ускорить сушку сена.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
