Abstract

Самовскрывающее укупорочное устройство состоит из разливного штуцера (2), который может быть герметично смонтирован на композитную упаковку или на подлежащий укупориванию или уже укупоренный пленочным материалом штуцер контейнера или горловину бутыли, соответствующего поворотного колпачка (1), а также расположенной внутри разливного штуцера (2) самовскрывающей втулки (3), приводимой в круговое движение от поворотного колпачка (1). На этих трех элементах сформованы средства направления движения и передачи усилия. Они взаимодействуют друг с другом таким образом, что при первичном повороте колпачка (1) в направлении открывания самооткрывающая втулка (3) в разливном штуцере (2) сначала совершает скачкообразное движение вниз, а в заключение совершает поворот вокруг оси в горизонтальной плоскости по дуге около 360°. Поскольку самовскрывающая втулка (3) снабжена на своем нижнем конце отдельным выступающим просекающе-режущим органом (9), пленка или композитная упаковка вначале аккуратно протыкается и после этого из материала чисто вырезается шайба, откидываемая в результате вниз.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
