Abstract

Изобретение относится к замещенным производным 4-алкил- и 4-алканоилпиперидина, обладающим антагонистической активностью к нейрокининам, в частности NKi антагонистической активностью и объединенной NK/NKантагонистической активностью, к содержащим их композициям и их применению в качестве лекарственного средства, в частности, для лечения и/или профилактики шизофрении, рвоты, тревоги и депрессии, синдрома раздраженного кишечника (СРК), нарушения циркадного ритма, преэклампсии, ноцицепции, боли, в частности висцеральной и невропатической боли, панкреатита, нейрогенного воспаления, астмы, хронического обструктивного заболевания легких (ХОЗЛ) и расстройств мочеиспускания, таких как недержание мочи. Соединения по изобретению могут быть представлены общей формулой (I), включая также их фармацевтически приемлемые аддитивные соли кислоты или основания, их стереохимически изомерные формы, формы N-оксида и пролекарства, где все заместители являются такими, как определено в п.1 формулы изобретения.
