Abstract
Простетическая герниопластическая заплата, содержащая каркас, созданный из свитых с образованием тросика жил, выполненных из сплава, обладающего свойством памяти формы, и простетический сетчатый материал, прикрепленный к упомянутому каркасу. При отсутствии внешних ограничений полученный из тросика каркас образует контур желаемой формы. Простетическая герниопластическая заплата с таким каркасом может быть туго свернута в рулон или туго подвергнута перегибанию таким образом, что она может быть введена в троакар относительно малого диаметра. Когда простетическая герниопластическая заплата выталкивается из троакара в абдоминальную полость пациента, каркас заплаты нагревается до температуры, при которой происходит переход сплава, из которого выполнен каркас, в аустенитную фазу, и простетическая герниопластическая заплата скачком принимает предварительно заданную развернутую конфигурацию. Каркас соединен с простетическим сетчатым материалом так, что заплата не будет смещаться, и нет необходимости прикреплять ее к тканям организма пришиванием или с помощью скобок.
