Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается аспарагиназы, у которой ширина рН-профиля активности составляет по меньшей мере 3,5 единицы рН. Изобретение также касается недавно идентифицированных полипептидов аспарагиназы согласно SEQ ID NO: 2 или SEQ ID NO: 4 и их вариантов, а также последовательностей полинуклеотидов, кодирующих эти новые варианты аспарагиназы.
