Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения гранул посредством влажного способа с применением порошковых материалов, в частности сырьевых материалов для производства стекла. Способ по изобретению содержит следующие последовательные стадии: (i) порошковые материалы, которые должны быть гранулированы, делятся на по меньшей мере две порции, первую и вторую порции; (ii) связующая жидкость добавляется к первой порции порошковых материалов; (iii) полученная первая смесь агломерируется в грануляторе, как, например, с получением гранул (a); (iv) вторая порция порошковых материалов добавляется в гранулятор; и (v) полученная новая смесь агломерируется в грануляторе, как, например, с получением гранул (b). С помощью указанного последовательного способа грануляции получают гранулы с уровнем влажности, который гарантирует устойчивость указанных гранул и простоту обращения с указанными гранулами, благодаря исключению стадии сушки.
