Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к способу получения минерального расплава путем сжигания горючего материала в присутствии пылевидного неорганического материала и образования при этом расплава, причем способ включает подачу топлива, пылевидного минерального материала и газа сгорания в циркуляционную камеру (1) сгорания через впускной трубопровод (4) и сжигание топлива в циркуляционной камере (1) сгорания, обеспечивая при этом плавление минерального материала для образования минерального расплава и выхлопных газов; отделение выхлопных газов от минерального расплава, собирание минерального расплава (9) и обеспечение прохождения выхлопных газов в верхнем направлении через выпускную трубу (10) к трубопроводу (11) системы теплообмена; подачу пылевидного минерального материала и первой части отходов минеральной ваты в трубопровод (11), предварительное нагревание подаваемого материала в системе теплообмена, а также подачу второй части отходов минеральной ваты с содержанием воды по весу между 5 и 25% непосредственно во впускной трубопровод (4).
