Abstract
Раскрывается спектроскопический способ для спектроскопического обнаружения и идентификации бактерий в культуре. Способ включает в себя построение по меньшей мере одного набора данных, который может включать спектр, интерференционную картину или картину рассеяния культивированного образца, предположительно содержащего указанные бактерии. Набор данных корректируется на наличие воды в образце, спектральные признаки извлекаются с помощью анализа главных компонентов, а функции классификации получены с использованием алгоритма обучения. В некоторых вариантах осуществления изобретения, например, для дифференциации MRSA из MSSA, используется мультимодальный анализ, в котором идентификация бактерий выполнена на основе спектра образца, интерференционной картины, используемой для определения толщины клеточной стенки, и рассеяния, используемого для определения шероховатости клеточной стенки. Также раскрыт один вариант устройства для осуществления способа, который включает в себя несколько анализаторов образцов.
