Abstract
Способ производства мочевины из аммиака и диоксида углерода в установке производства мочевины, содержащей секцию синтеза высокого давления с горизонтальным бассейновым конденсатором, который включает в себя передачу тепла от технологической среды высокого давления, поступившей в межтрубную секцию горизонтального бассейнового конденсатора, к содержащему мочевину раствору среднего давления, поступившему в первую секцию теплообмена, предусмотренную в бассейновом конденсаторе, по меньшей мере, для разложения карбамата аммония на NHи СО, при этом способ дополнительно включает в себя передачу тепла от технологической среды высокого давления к конденсату водяного пара низкого давления, поступившему во вторую секцию теплообмена, предусмотренную в бассейновом конденсаторе, для образования водяного пара низкого давления. Изобретение также относится к установке для производства мочевины из аммиака и диоксида углерода.
