Abstract
Система конструкции зданий типа заранее изготовленных колонн-балок, предварительное изготовление которых ведет к развитию производства такого типа конструкций. Основным усовершенствованием, которое позволяет осуществлять данное решение в тех же технических условиях, даже в лучших условиях, чем при обычной системе, является массовое использование распорок как вертикально, так и горизонтально. Такая система строительства особенно интересна в областях повышенного сейсмического риска благодаря тому, что здание легковесно, построено из структурно независимых блоков, в значительной степени триангулировано и таким образом тяжело деформируемо, и все это по относительно невысокой стоимости.
