Abstract
Изобретение относится к области строительства, в частности к способам возведения зданий. Технический результат: расширение спектра проектных решений из набора типовых элементов и оптимизация логистики доставки сборных модулей на строительную площадку. Способ предусматривает использование предварительно изготовленных массивов множества модулей (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 23), плит (3) с окнами под установку колонн (4), фундамента с ростверком (2), колонн (4), которые изготавливают предпочтительно на строительной площадке. Колонны (4) изготавливают с внутренними каналами (17) для стока воды, а при монтаже колонны (4) соединяют между собой в необходимых местах диагональными связями (5). Водостоки модулей (14) плит крыши монтируют с возможностью соединения с внутренними каналами (17) в колоннах (4) для обеспечения стока воды с крыши здания. Технические средства коммуникационных модулей (7, 11, 23) снабжают системой управления, софт которой выполнен с возможностью обеспечения управления системами электро-водоснабжения, канализации отопления и противопожарной безопасности.
