Abstract
Система (1) передачи жидкостей между неподвижным сердечником (2) и вращающимся этажом (3) строения (4) содержит кольцевой буферный трубопровод (6), имеющий кольцевую нижнюю трубопроводную часть (7) и верхнюю трубопроводную часть (8), расположенную сверху в сообщении с возможностью передачи жидкости с нижней трубопроводной частью (7) и находящуюся в скользящем соединении с нижней трубопроводной частью (7) через по меньшей мере один соединительный элемент (9), проходящий вдоль всей длины окружности буферного трубопровода (6), причем нижняя трубопроводная часть (7) и верхняя трубопроводная часть (8) прикреплены к неподвижному сердечнику (2) и вращающемуся этажу (3), соответственно, или наоборот, таким образом, что при вращении этажа (3) по отношению к сердечнику (2) нижняя и верхняя трубопроводные части (7, 8) вращаются по отношению друг к другу.
