The present invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, and methods for using these compounds in order to treat animals that require therapy with glucocoticoid receptor agonists or antagonists. The glucocorticoid receptor modulators are useful for treating diseases such as obesity, diabetes, inflammation and other diseases such as those described above. The present invention also provides intermediate products and processes for preparing these compounds (graph).
