Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevas sales cristalinas de metal se sulfato de glucosamina para uso en el tratamiento de formas agudas y crónicas de enfermedades reumáticas y artríticas y de todas las patologías que se originan en trastornos metabólicos de los tejidos osteo-articulares. Mas particularmente, la presente invención se relaciona con novedosas sales cristalinas metálicas de sulfato de glucosamina que tienen un contenido reducido de metal, en donde el metal puede ser sodio o potasio. La presente invención se relaciona, además, con un proceso libre de solventes y un proceso con base en contenido de metal y a las composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden las novedosas sales cristalinas metálicas de sulfato de glucosamina con reducido contenido de metal.The present invention relates to new crystalline metal salts of glucosamine sulfate for use in the treatment of acute and chronic forms of rheumatic and arthritic diseases and of all pathologies that originate in metabolic disorders of osteo-articular tissues. More particularly, the present invention relates to novel metallic crystalline salts of glucosamine sulfate having a reduced metal content, wherein the metal can be sodium or potassium. The present invention also relates to a solvent-free process and a process based on metal content and to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the novel metallic crystalline salts of glucosamine sulfate with reduced metal content.
