Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a compuestos representados por la siguiente fórmula estructural y sales, solvatos e hidratos farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos, en la que: (a) R1 se selecciona entre el grupo compuesto por hidrógeno, un grupo sustituido o no sustituido seleccionado entre alquilo C1-C8, aril-alquilo C0-4, heteroaril-alquilo C0-4, cicloalquilaril C3-C6-alquilo C0-2, y -CH2-C(O)-R17-R18, donde R17 es O, o NH y R18 es bencilo opcionalmente sustituido; (b) R2 es H o un grupo sustituido o no sustituido seleccionado entre el grupo compuesto por alquilo C1-C6, alquenilo C1-C6, aril-alquilo C0-4, heteroaril-alquilo C0-4, alquil C1-C4 sulfonamida, alquil C1-C4 amida, OR10 y cicloalquilo C3-C6; (c) W es O, o S; (d) X es un engarce alquileno C1-C5 opcionalmente sustituido donde un átomo de carbono del engarce se puede sustituir opcionalmente con O, NH, S y opcionalmente dos carbonos juntos pueden formar un doble enlace; (e) Y se selecciona entre el grupo compuesto por C, O, S, NH y un enlace simple; y (f) E se selecciona entre el grupo compuesto por C(R3)(R4)A, A y un grupo sustituido o no sustituido seleccionado entre el grupo compuesto por (CH2)nCOOR19.The present invention relates to compounds represented by the following structural formula and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates and hydrates thereof, in which: (a) R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted group selected from C1-C8 alkyl, aryl-C0-4 alkyl, heteroaryl-C0-4 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkylaryl-C0-2 alkyl, and -CH2-C (O) -R17-R18, where R17 is O, or NH and R18 is optionally substituted benzyl; (b) R2 is H or a substituted or unsubstituted group selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkenyl, aryl-C0-4 alkyl, heteroaryl-C0-4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkyl sulfonamide, alkyl C1-C4 amide, OR10 and C3-C6 cycloalkyl; (c) W is O, or S; (d) X is an optionally substituted C1-C5 alkylene linker where a carbon atom of the linker may optionally be substituted with O, NH, S and optionally two carbons together may form a double bond; (e) Y is selected from the group consisting of C, O, S, NH and a single bond; and (f) E is selected from the group consisting of C (R3) (R4) A, A and a substituted or unsubstituted group selected from the group consisting of (CH2) nCOOR19.
