Abstract

El modelo presenta se relaciona con mejoramientos introducidos en la fabricación de colchones, con base en la introducción de unas capas de caucho látex natural expandido con canales de aireación y que en combinación con la estructura rcsortada del colchón proporciona un modelo mezcla de resistencia y suavidad al usuario.Un objetivo de mejorar la estructura actual de los colchones es la introducción de materiales naturales en capas intermedias sin aporte significativo de los materiales o derivados poliméricos que en ocasiones conllevan efectos de alergias al usuario. Otro objetivo es proveer un modelo de colchón que con las capas de látex permiten la disipación de calor dadas las perforaciones de las mismas por efecto de su conformación expandida, dando al colchón una calidad de elemento aireado.De igual modo el nuevo modelo de colchón permite en su estructura la unión de elementos acolchados de cubierta con la capa de látex o caucho por costura en el caso de las capas extremas, superior e inferior, dado que el modelo propuesto es de doble cara y permite su volteo para su uso por una u otra cara a opción del usuario.
