Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una tableta farmacéutica estabilizada que comprende una cantidad de entre 0,1 a 10% en peso de tibolona, provista de un recubrimiento, tal como un recubrimiento de película, un recubrimiento de azúcar, un recubrimiento de película de azúcar o un recubrimiento "de envoltura". La invención además se refiere al uso de un recubrimiento para estabilizar una tableta farmacéutica que comprende tibolona. De preferencia, el recubrimiento es un recubrimiento de azúcar o un recubrimiento de película de azúcar. De preferencia, el azúcar comprende sucrosa. Se demostró que, luego de almacenamiento, estas tabletas tienen una menor cantidad de OM38, o sea un producto de degradación de isomerización de tibolona, en comparación con tabletas de tibolona sin recubrimiento.
