Abstract

La tecnología divulgada en la presente provee un sistema que calcula la posición de un motón corredizo, la velocidad de un motón corredizo y el peso soportado por el motón corredizo. El sistema toma en consideración todos estos parámetros cuando rebaja la velocidad y/o detiene el motón corredizo cuando éste alcanza una posición de nivel máximo o nivel mínimo. El resultado es una operación mucho más segura del motón corredizo sobre un equipo de reparación y terminación de pozo, así como sobre una torre de perforación de petróleo.
