Abstract
Un proceso para la conversión de materias primas pesadas, tales como petróleos crudos pesados, alquitranes de arenas petrolíferas y residuos de destilación, por medio del uso combinado de las siguientes tres unidades de proceso: hidroconversión con catalizadores en fase de mortero (HT), destilación o flash (D), desasfaltado (SDA), caracterizado por que las tres unidades operan en corrientes combinadas conformadas por carga fresca y corrientes recicladas, por medio del uso de las siguientes etapas: enviar al menos una fracción de la materia prima pesada a una sección de desasfaltado (SDA) en presencia de solventes de hidrocarburo, obteniendo dos corrientes, la una conformada por aceite desasfaltado (DAO) y la otra conformada por asfaltos; mezclar el asfalto con un catalizador de hidrogenación adecuado y, opcionalmente, con la fracción remanente de carga pesada no enviada a la sección de desasfaltado y enviar la mezcla obtenida a un reactor de hidrotratamiento (HT) dentro del cual se carga hidrógeno o una mezcla de hidrógeno y H2S; enviar la corriente que contiene el producto de reacción de hidrotratamiento y el catalizador en fase dispersa a una o más etapas de destilación o flash (D), por medio de las cuales se separan las fracciones más volátiles, entre ellas los gases producidos en la reacción de hidrotratamiento; reciclar hacia la zona de desasfaltado al menos 60% en peso, de preferencia al menos 80% y más preferentemente al menos 95% del residuo de destilación (alquitrán) o del líquido que sale de la unidad de flash, que contiene el catalizador en fase dispersa, rico en sulfuros metálicos producidos por la desmetalización de la carga y posiblemente coque.A process for the conversion of heavy raw materials, such as heavy crude oils, oil sands tars and distillation residues, through the combined use of the following three process units: hydroconversion with mortar phase catalysts (HT), distillation or flash (D), desasfaltado (SDA), characterized in that the three units operate in combined currents formed by fresh load and recycled currents, through the use of the following stages: send at least a fraction of the heavy raw material to a deasphalting section (SDA) in the presence of hydrocarbon solvents, obtaining two streams, one formed by deasphalted oil (DAO) and the other formed by asphalts; mixing the asphalt with a suitable hydrogenation catalyst and, optionally, with the remaining heavy load fraction not sent to the de-asphalting section and sending the obtained mixture to a hydrotreatment reactor (HT) into which hydrogen or a mixture of hydrogen and H2S; send the stream containing the hydrotreatment reaction product and the dispersed phase catalyst to one or more distillation or flash stages (D), by means of which the most volatile fractions are separated, including the gases produced in the reaction hydrotreatment; recycle to the deasphalting zone at least 60% by weight, preferably at least 80% and more preferably at least 95% of the distillation residue (tar) or liquid leaving the flash unit, which contains the catalyst in phase dispersed, rich in metal sulphides produced by the demetalization of the load and possibly coke.
