Abstract
La invención se refiere a un comprimido revestido con una película que comprende los siguientes constituyentes:(a) al menos 50 % en peso de un extracto seco de hojas de parra roja, que es obtenible por extracción de hojas de parra roja con agua y secado, (b) hasta 50 % en paso de un excipiente que consta esencialmente de- al menos un aglutinante,- al menos un desintegrante,- al menos un agente de carga, y- al menos un lubricante; y(c) una película del comprimido que consta esencialmente de un formador de película, un plastificante, un agente de revestimiento y opcionalmente un agente colorante. Además la invención se refiere a un extracto acuoso de hojas de parra roja obtenible por un método que comprende las etapas de:(a) recolectar las hojas de parra roja en un momento en el que el contenido de flavonoides haya alcanzado un óptimo;(b) secar y prensar las hojas;(c) cortas las hojas en trozos; (d) extraer las hojas con agua a elevadas temperaturas durante 6 a 10 horas;(e) opcionalmente concentrar el extracto obtenido, yañadir hasta 10 % en peso de regulador de flujo en relación con la cantidad total de extracto resultante durante el proceso de secado (e).The invention relates to a tablet coated with a film comprising the following constituents: (a) at least 50% by weight of a dry extract of red grape leaves, which is obtainable by extracting red grape leaves with water and drying , (b) up to 50% in passage of an excipient consisting essentially of at least one binder, - at least one disintegrant, - at least one filler, and - at least one lubricant; and (c) a film of the tablet essentially consisting of a film former, a plasticizer, a coating agent and optionally a coloring agent. Furthermore, the invention relates to an aqueous extract of red grape leaves obtainable by a method comprising the steps of: (a) collecting the red grape leaves at a time when the flavonoid content has reached an optimum; (b ) dry and press the leaves; (c) cut the leaves into pieces; (d) extract the leaves with water at elevated temperatures for 6 to 10 hours; (e) optionally concentrate the extract obtained, and add up to 10% by weight of flow regulator in relation to the total amount of extract resulting during the drying process (and).
