Abstract
Objeto de la invención es un procedimiento para la producción de una pluralidad de dispositivos microfluídicos (1) a partir de una estructura compuesta en forma de placas, presentando cada dispositivo una estructura (4) ranurada, que forma los canales de circulación, de dimensiones en el intervalo de micrómetros. Las estructuras ranuradas, que cubren las líneas (6) para una eventual separación mecánica posterior, están unidas entre sí y son rellenas con un medio (7) de relleno antes del procesamiento mecánico. El medio (7) de relleno se selecciona para que no sea retirado fuera de las estructuras (4) ranuradas ni a través del procesamiento mecánico en sí ni a través de medios auxiliares utilizados durante el procesamiento mecánico. No obstante, posteriormente se elimina el medio (7) de relleno fuera de las estructuras ranuradas a través de medidas adecuadas. De esta manera se impide que las estructuras (4) ranuradas se puedan bloquear a través de contaminaciones mecánicas. Además, se propone un atomizador provisto con el dispositivo de toberas.
