Abstract
Control de las infestaciones de plagas mediante la inhibición de una o más funciones biológicas en un invertebrado plaga. Se describen métodos y composiciones para usar en el control de infestaciones de plagas, mediante la alimentación de una o más moléculas de ARN de cadena doble recombinantes diferentes a la plaga, con el fin de efectuar una reducción en la infestación de plagas mediante la supresión de la expresión genética. La invención también se relaciona con métodos para preparar plantas transgénicas que expresan las moléculas de ARN de cadena doble, y con combinaciones específicas de agentes plaguicidas transgénicos para usar en la protección de las plantas de infestaciones de plagas.
