RESUMEN DE LA INVENCIÓNCompuestos que tienen la estructura: son inhibidores de transcriptasa reversa de VIH, en los que A, X, Y, Z, R1 y R2 son como se definen en el presente documento. Los compuestos y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables son útiles en la inhibición de transcriptasa reversa de VIH, la profilaxis y tratamiento de la infección mediante VIH y en la profilaxis, retraso en la aparición, y tratamiento de SIDA. Los compuestos y sus sales se pueden emplear como ingredientes en composiciones farmacéuticas, opcionalmente en combinación con otros antivirales, inmunomoduladores, antibióticos o vacunas.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Compounds having the structure: they are HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitors, in which A, X, Y, Z, R1 and R2 are as defined herein. The compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are useful in the inhibition of HIV reverse transcriptase, the prophylaxis and treatment of HIV infection and prophylaxis, delayed onset, and treatment of AIDS. The compounds and their salts can be used as ingredients in pharmaceutical compositions, optionally in combination with other antivirals, immunomodulators, antibiotics or vaccines.
