Abstract

El cuadro (1) puede dividirse en porciones en un punto que permite a la porción (50) de cuadro frontal soportar la carga del conductor. La presente invención minimiza las operaciones de ensamblaje en la fase de ensamblaje de vehículo reduciendo por este medio el espacio de la línea de ensamblaje de vehículos, la capacidad de manejo de material y el tiempo requerido para el ensamblaje de vehículo. Las porciones (1 a 31b) de cuadro del cuadro (1) de vehículo proporcionan un ensamblaje de cuadro para un vehículo que facilita diferentes tratamientos de la superficie sobre el ensamblaje de cuadro en diferentes ubicaciones en una forma simple de costo efectivo.A vehicle frame (1) comprising a plurality of interconnectable frame portions (1 to 31b), wherein one of the vehicle frame portions (2) is assembled in a first location with vehicle components to form a frame component intermediate which is assembled with the rest of the frame portions in a second location different from the first location. The frame (1) can be divided into portions at a point that allows the front frame portion (50) to support the driver's load. The present invention minimizes assembly operations in the vehicle assembly phase by thereby reducing the space of the vehicle assembly line, the material handling capacity and the time required for vehicle assembly. The frame portions (1 to 31b) of the frame of the vehicle (1) provide a frame assembly for a vehicle that facilitates different surface treatments on the frame assembly in different locations in a simple cost effective manner.
