Abstract

RESUMENUn equipo destinado a optimizar el proceso aplicado en pozos de baja producción conocidos como "pozos abandonados" mediante la inmersión de la herramienta de bombeo en la columna de petróleo del pozo entubado y provocando la surgencia con su izamiento, que en este caso particular comprende un motor diesel acoplado a una bomba hidráulica que acciona un motor hidráulico el cual transmite el movimiento, mediante un reductor epicicloidal, a un guinche con devanador automático del cable amarrado distalmente a la herramienta de bombeo, pasante por una columna tubular de boca de pozo acoplada axialmente a su embocadura, provista de un juego de poleas guiadoras externas, e internamente de un tipo de retén conocido como "BOP" con sistema automático de ajuste y limpieza del cable; un economizador de caucho de similares características de ajuste; y al menos una válvula de descarga de la extracción, referida a la cisterna y comandada a distancia en forma hidráulica, al igual que el BOP y el economizador, contemplándose la alternativa de disponer de acumuladores hidráulicos con nitrógeno vinculados al economizador, al BOP y a la válvula de descarga para cuando el motor se detiene por causas imprevistas, en tanto que los componentes fijos del equipo están montados sobre una plataforma tipo "skid" para operar sobre el suelo o montado sobre un camión, idealmente provisto de una grúa telescópica para la operación de montaje de la columna de boca de pozo.ABSTRACT A team designed to optimize the process applied in low production wells known as "abandoned wells" by immersing the pumping tool in the oil column of the piped well and causing the upwelling with its lifting, which in this particular case comprises a diesel engine coupled to a hydraulic pump that drives a hydraulic motor which transmits the movement, by means of an epicyclic reducer, to a winch with automatic cable winding moored distally to the pumping tool, through a tubular column of axially coupled wellhead to its mouth, provided with a set of external guide pulleys, and internally of a type of retainer known as "BOP" with automatic cable adjustment and cleaning system; a rubber economizer of similar adjustment characteristics; and at least one extraction discharge valve, referred to the tank and remotely controlled in a hydraulic way, as well as the BOP and the economizer, considering the alternative of having hydraulic accumulators with nitrogen linked to the economizer, the BOP and the discharge valve for when the engine stops due to unforeseen causes, while the fixed components of the equipment are mounted on a "skid" type platform to operate on the ground or mounted on a truck, ideally provided with a telescopic crane for operation of mounting the wellhead column.
