Abstract
En un dispositivo (1) de separación de sangre en sus constituyentes individuales y/o en grupos de éstos, en forma de un sistema esterilizable, que comprende una disposición de filtro (2) que, por medio de elementos de filtro (3) dispuestos en ella, forma una cámara de entrada (4) y una cámara de salida (5), un recipiente de recogida (6) para constituyentes celulares de la sangre y un recipiente de recogida (7) para plasma sanguíneo, en donde la cámara de entrada (4) de la disposición de filtro (2) puede ser unida por tubería en el lado de entrada con la fuente de sangre (10) y está unida en el lado de salida con el recipiente de recogida (6) para constituyentes celulares, y en donde la cámara de salida (5) está unida por tubería en el lado de salida con el recipiente de recogida (7) para plasma sanguíneo, se pretende crear una solución que haga posible la aplicación de una esterilización térmica, especialmente una esterilización con vapor, para esterilizar el dispositivo. Esto se consigue debido a que en la tubería (14) del lado de entrada de la cámara de entrada (4) o en la cámara de entrada (4) y en la tubería (20) del lado de salida de la cámara de salida (5) o en la cámara de salida (5) desembocan sendas tuberías (17, 20) que están en comunicación con el ambiente exterior a través de un filtro hidrófobo o hidrófilo, especialmente un filtro bacteriano hidrófobo o hidrófilo (18, 21).
