Abstract

Una primera incorporación del presente invento se refiere a formulas para infantes que comprende, como alimento (A) por lo menos aproximadamente 5 mg/L de gangliósidos, (B) por lo menos aproximadamente 150 mg/L de fosfolípidos, (C) lactoferrina, y (D) por lo menos de aproximadamente 70 mg/L de ácido siálico, con por lo menos aproximadamente 2.5% por peso de ácido siálico como ácido siálico de fijación líquida. Desde aproximadamente 50 a 100% por peso de cada gangliósido, fosfolípido, lactoferrina, y ácido siálico se da un concentrado enriquecido de proteína de suero, con el concentrado que representa por lo menos de aproximadamente 6.5 g/L de la formula como alimento.
