Abstract
Un mecanismo invertido para una máquina formadora de recipientes de vidrio incluye un bastidor de soporte (32) que tiene una base (34) adaptada que puede ser removida para ser montada sobre un bastidor de la máquina formadora. Un accionador lineal (40) está suspendido desde el bastidor de soporte y una cremallera de engranaje lineal (46) se extiende desde el accionador dentro del bastidor de soporte. Un eje hueco (80) tiene una porción central (82) transportada para rotación sobre el bastidor de soporte y que extiende opuestamente las porciones extremas (90) con canales externos axiales (94) y extremos abiertos. Un engranaje (86) está acoplado a la parte central del eje para una co-rotación con el eje y tiene dientes externos acoplados a la cremallera de engranaje. Un par de tuercas de bola (96) están dispuestas en las partes extremas del eje hueco, y un par de pistones neumáticos huecos (98) están dispuestos respectivamente en las tuercas de bola sobre los extremos abiertos del eje. Los soportes de brazos invertidos (110) están dispuestos respectivamente en los pistones, y un resorte (104) está dispuesto dentro de cada pistón extendiéndose operativamente entre el pistón y el eje para desviar los pistones a una posición adyacente al batidor de soporte. Un ingreso de aire (112) está dispuesto en el bastidor de soporte adyacente al engranaje. El engranaje tiene un paso de aire (114) que acopla la entrada de aire en el eje hueco, y a través del eje a los pistones respectivos, a al menos una posición angular del engranaje y eje. El mecanismo invertido está adaptado para ser montado como un ensamblaje al bastidor de la máquina formadora por medio del bastidor de soporte.
